Taking a pen?

Anybody help me with this? Just took my first pen for my tram in bal and the view is different from the normal game mode. I got that one down to a tee but when I took the pen a bal I just smashed it over the bar. Doubt I'll get another one for a while as pens in BAL are hard to come by in my case but any ideas?

its basicly the same as the other camera, run then direct the shot but not for to long and it should go in ive had about 3 pens.

penalties kind a difficult here
try to train and get used yourself for the penalty
go to training menu and train it

tap the shoot button, tap the <- (away from goal) button and score every time... straight in the middle of the goal.

Does the type of run-up affect the timing and length of time you should hold the direction button? I can't figure ut when exactly im supposed to hold direction when my player does the stuttering run-up approach.
