How can I get "PASSER" card?

i think you should go to "pernonal data", then find "trainning"(underneath "my data"), then you should be able to train skill cards like "passer" over there, you need to allocate focus points to "skill cards trainning" bar to get the trainning started.

if you cant find "passer" card over there, i dont think you can find another way to train "passer" card, somebody mentioned special skill like"goal poacher, anchor man" can also be trained in BAL game, but i dont know how.

sorry for not helping you out, if 'passer' cannot be trained that way, then you need to ask a real BAL pro to get firsthand detailed info about getting 'passer' card.
