This is the highest OVR I have gotten from a player so far 95.
The only thing bothers me is his injury "C". Hope he wont become
a glass player.

Well out of all these players, I can only have one to play for me this season which is not easy to choose. I got the next C. Ronaldo the previous season. I am doing this reloading repeatedly and shared with everyone is to let everyone knows that world class players do not have to be super expensive as it is possible to get 1 from your youth team every season as long you have the patience. To be honest it takes just about 2-3 hours of continuous loading to get these players, I got even Puyol, Shevenchko, D. Milito which I did not put up as I find their stats are too low.

I might be delayed getting the info on my player. My pes disc broke so i need to get a new one.

I have AUTOSAVE on... I will need to disable it then! When does the new youth players come into the youth team?

I like The C.Ronaldo one, "something reminds me of C.Ronaldo, might turn out just as good" Although C.Ronaldo is a WF and the Youth player is a CF who can't play WF. I wonder if you train him for that position his Overall Rating will improve?

Are you sure it was C. Ronaldo or just Ronaldo? Yes, the Brazilian Ronaldo also appears as "next big thing", but his form (2) + injury C is really bad.

There are 2 players one is the C. Ronaldo and the other form 2 is the brazilian Ronaldo. However the brazilian ronaldo stats is the highest I ever seen OVR 95 at age of 16

I have got a player who has been compared to Ribery. His name is Z. Lu and he's Chinese.

I got him in my Norwich team in D2 but his injuries are doing my head in. He has a C for injuries so if anyone goes near him he gets the yellow cross.

I'm going to play/train him for another year or so (just managed to get him to sign 5 year contract) then flog him. Already had a couple of bids that I've turned down.

His dribbling is good, he seems to drift easily past players but he's far from the finished article.

I also have, like everyone, Palmieri. This guy does my nut as he just gets a strop on when bids get rejected. I now have him with a permanent purple arrow, so he can rot on the bench. I've had Villa show a lot of interest in him, highest bid they whacked in was £7,000,000, so might just take the money and cut my losses in transfer window.

Don't see the point in reloading game to get these players. It adds more to the game to go through several years with poor youth players being produced and then finally one coming through the academy.

Just one question though. I have Minanda, Castolo, Cooper etc... that are in the Youth section from the off. How long do they stay in there? I don't want any of them but am I tempted just to promote them all then sell them, although that is a bit of cheating in my opinion. Will they just go eventually? They are reaching ages like 20,21 etc... now.

No need. I got my next messi towards the end of my 2nd season. I got my next c. ronaldo towards the end of my 1st season. Both players worth more than 20 mil pounds towards end of their first season as I played them regularly in dynamic mode.

Alphonse, who are you coach, scout etc? I have the top level ones on everything, and I hardly ever get super youths. In the early stages of my ML, I got 2 C.Ronaldo's in 2 seasons - Vermuth (from Isreal) and Richard Garcia (Australia). Now at age 25/26, they have 103 OVR (started around low - mid 80's).

But since then, I have only really had one good youth - last season, a player called C.Luccarelli, CF, something about him reminds me of Luis Fabiano, he started out on 78 aged 16, this season (mid march) he has somehow, rocketed to 87 and scores alot of goals. Besides them, I have not had anyone to shout about, and I am in season 2017/18.

Seriously it really has nothing to do with coaches for getting the next star player. I had 3 star and then 4 star for coach and scout. I am using the reloading method and keep on reloading till I get something good. Normally if you do it continuously for about 1 hour you can get a good player like CR7 or Messi. I have tried and got CR7 twice within an hour :p. Messi got it only once so far.

I now have a Scotish kid named K.Thomson CMF 79 overal, but there's no comparison... it just says there's something special in him... has 2 pages worth of special cards...

New Tsakyoyuri age 17 slow growth.
New Piqué age 16 slow growth
New Messi age 16 slow growth
New Casillas age 18 normal growth
Brockie (special) 20 normal growth

I also seen a lot of other players, but these were the best.

Player names are random... I've had 4 or 5 different Casillas.... with different heights.

I decided to sign the next Messi, who is 1,80m tall....

Already having 92 attack, 92 in both dribling skills, 90 shot acc, and 90 technique... he is a very useful player for a 16 year old.

Sttill, i use him as a sub...

It will be similar to that star player. If casilias has early lasting then your next casilias will be having early lasting. You can actually use some editor to open up edit.bin to check.

In which week do you guys save your game when reloading the youth team? I saved the week before new players spawned, that is just before the transferwindow opens, but in 10 reloads I got the exact same players with minimum difference in skill. Is there a certain week which is optimal for reloading?

I save in the last week of June, because the new youth team players will appear in the first week of July (the same week they announce the ranking update, etc.). So if it doesn't work, I reload, proceed to next week and so on.

But there is something strange. The youth team players can be divided in three categories:
- the outstanding players ("the next Messi, CR etc", and "there is something special about this player"): those players usually have higher starting stats;
- medium-to-good players: these players have stats around 70 (between 68-70). They will develop to be good players, but I don't expect them to become fantastic;
- crap players: they usually have very low initial stats (between 41-55). Unless you are using dynamic development, they will take time to become good enough to just be part of the team. To be honest, I never tried to invest in one of them to see whether they develop faster or become any good... :unsure:

What I have noticed is that if you still have some medium-to-good players in your youth team by the first week of July, the "next big thing" will not appear. But if you promote him in the last week of June, then you will be able to have randomly your next big player, and the medium-to-good player that you have just promoted, he will disappear. It is strange, but it works (at last on my PS3). :cool:

So, my suggestion is that when you are in the last week of June, promote your youth players who have initial overall stats between 68-70, and save the game. After that week you will get your next big player after some reloads.

Just let me know whether it worked for you as well.

I've got the new Cuauhtémoc Blanco and at 16 or 17 when he starts off, he is 70 as second striker. He's form is 3 and he is both footed. He has 86 dribble accuracy and 68 dribble speed, 73 stamina and 71 body balance. Might not be useful, however he is a super sub

Thanks zizou, i'll try it out tomorrow when i get some time on my hands. So far i've just promoted every youth player right after respawn.

At the moment i've set up a rule for myself to improve the challenge of the game: Don't buy players, only sell. Use only players from the youth team, and not the konami default, thoose have been sold (I couldn't resist using castolo though since he's so awesome). I've also put the likes of henry, deco, etc. in randoms pes-league teams, so I won't get ridiculous players through the youth.

This means that I I've been playing 3+ seasons with youth players starting in mid forties. Actually some of them have some potential if you're willing to give it time. A chinese guy named shao have gone from 43 to 68, and now posses passing skills in the mid 80, and my striker Hubail from 45 to 69 with all 80 finishing skills. Decent players now and i expect them to reach 80 in a couple of seasons. Then again others are still around 50 after 3 seasons, so i guess it's a bit of a gamle. Anyway, my team made out of 'crap players' is in my fourth season good enough to grant me a current 1st place in premier league.

After looking at the stats and comparing them from these players including next Ibrahimovic, Ronaldinho, Villla etc, I will conclude that the best stats is Ronaldo the phenomenon. I have a player at 102 OVR at just the age of 18 for him. Pro and cons on him is that he has the highest stats, 6 hidden skills comprises Dribbling, Positioning, Scoring, Lines, Middle Shooting, Centre and Cons will be his form and injury. Next player will be messi followed by C. Ronaldo. I have yet to get Kaka and Torres to compare but I believe their stats will differ from my findings so far.

For centerback, best will be Lucio and Daniel Alves and both are early lasting and standard lasting. Midfields so far I prefer next Xavi and Iniesta compared to Fabregas. Yet to have next Gerrard yet else will be a better comparison among them.

Hi Zizou, I played mine in a PC. I believe it should be same as PS3 as well. You can just download an editor http://www.fifacz.com/ by w!Ld@. There are other editor as well but I prefer his. Then you open up the file edit.bin at my document/konami/save directory. There are a total of 11 hidden skills, Dribbling, Tactical dribble, Positioning, Playmaking, Scoring, Post Player, Lines / DF Pos., Middle Shooting (Long range shot), Side, Centre, Curling Shot (ability to curl shot when lobbing just like Henry).

Well, I save the ML in the last week of June and then I proceed to the next week. All those updates will appear (ranking update, collect merchandising, etc.) in the first week of July. Then I check the youth team to see whether I have a new great player ("the next big thing" kind of player). If he is not there or I don't like the one I got it, I quit the ML without saving and reload the last week of June. Then I proceed to the next week and so on, until I get a great player.

Of course, for that works, you need to disable the autosave. ;)

I have a big problem, at the last week of june, in my youth team, it says Schwarz - joined. However, i signed him a contract few seasons ago and for some reason he still does not join. It is my 7th season and it still says he is joined on my youth team. However, when im not in the transfer window, i cant find him in my youth team but only see him in the full transfer window saying joined.
I had a suspicion he joined another team however when i search him, there are no results.

because of that reloading method...
I'm using FC Zenit St. Petersburg and currently i've just got promoted
from the division 2 into the Premiere Division..
Just sign the next Daniel Alves that have average of 78..
Hope to sign great players that have average of 90++ like u
someday.. xD
