Players in Master League

I was thinking last night, if you start a Master League with Classic Players turned off, but then place a classic player into a National Team, if there is any chance of them appearing in the Master League as a new player or perhaps re-born again? Anyone know if this works?

I have unlocked all the classic players and put them on their national teams I went to play ML without Classic players turned on and they do not show up not even in their respective national teams...I am not sure if they appear in ML throughout the game but I would hate for them to and they are under fake names...Just put them in one of those created Konami teams and buy them or watch them get sold to other great teams...
