how to make subs in skip match?

Hi, i playing in master league on ps2.
I want some player will enter the game after 70-80 min automaticlly for better training, (when i press skip match and computer play) How can i do this??

There is other good ways to improve young players and still wininng?

I think you can't make subs when the computer plays...

You can go to management edit on game plan at the bottom, then go on coach mode ON. this is similar to coach mode as the computer plays however you can control formation, subs etc.

You can also improve players without matches by going on training on the master league menu then click on train manually. From here you can add bars on what they need to improve at and can improve at player cards and can train to play in a position. This does cost money though.
