So i wish to study medicine in an environment that teaches,i can learn from and gives space for minds that like research study and appreciate creativity and innovation.
None of these can be found in India(Where i am a citizen in) so i am thinking about the likes cambridge whose education system i appreciated very much as i had the chance of doing my 0 levels in that system.
So what would be the annual cost of the Mbbs course at the likes of Oxford,Cambridge and other universities in Great Britain.
Besides that i would also love the united states, malaysia, singapore,Aust rali a and France. who i hear have much more valuable degrees than indian ones.
So basically what i would want is a good education,a degree that has international value hence opening up job opportunities that would command respect and a good income.
So what will be the cost of that education?
Especially at those universities and places mentioned?
Please help!!!!
Positive Rating!

Meyappan, I fear that the implication being put on by the crowd is that you are not suitable for the study of medicine. Not what I think, just seems to be the vibe.

For me it was more the mention of Oxbridge than the specific course.

I believe the implication is more to do with his possible forthcoming application to study at Cambridge or Oxford, rather than what course he has decided to do, Matthew.

You're totally right, they are jerks apart from me. I think you should come to England so you can be a part of the inevitable PESGaming meet next year sometime.

First do your A-levels.
Biology, Chemistry and Maths. You'll need As or A*s.
Then what you'll need to do is get some work experience at a hospital or a general practitioner. Also recommend you doing voluntary work.
And lastly, be an interesting person. You need to stand out from the crowd. Medicine is a very competitive field but since you are an international student, believe it or not, you may have a chance. Simply because universities like £££.
Applying at Oxford and Cambridge? Eh, I wouldn't recommend it. To get in medicine is already hard enough, but to get in Oxford or Cambridge? lulz.
But I suppose it depends where you would like to stay. London medical schools tend to have higher competition too and living expenses will be high. To be honest, it doesn't matter where you go. As long as you get in medicine, just GO to the fucking university. Pretty much all universities who offer medicine in the UK are good. Queen Mary seemingly has a bad reputation though. Not sure if it's the actual course/university or the area though.
Oh and, I recommend that you improve on your English and grammar. No offence, but given how you present your posts, you would be one of the last people I'd expect to get 'All As in O-Levels'. Communication skills, both written and oral, are key.

Pretty sure if you're a doctor you'll have be able to spell names right, practice here on the forum if you like.
It's Viperized, not Viperised.
Matt, not MAtt.
Can't write out prescriptions for people and just spell their name however the fuck you like now can you?
"I'm not Mr SMith, Doctor?"
