If the eye is green it means that user is online, the stop sign is there incase anyone wants to complain about a post

no its down on task bar at the bottom next to internet something to do with blocked cookies??? Sorry i am crap at t'internet!

It is a privacy report. It tells you which cookies are being blocked. You can also change your level of internet security.
