I am having sooo much trouble with this in my master league. It seems to soo random match after match. ATM I am Barcelona and I had to sell Macherano because his condition arrow would not go up, it would stay purple.
Now I may have to sell Keita because his condition is down and now he has put his contract on hold which means I won't make any money off him:realmad:
Also I cannot seem to buy anyone I want, I bought Rooney in my first season but I cannot buy Bale. I got one of the best scouts and they cannot stike a deal with him.:realmad:
Does anyone have any good backgrounds for stadium editor?

I am not 100% sure if my answer is correct, i think you should check whether you have the right coaching staff in ML or not, because as i remember good coach can have positive effect on your players form.
As for not being able to sign players you really wanted, even you have
the best scout, you still can not sign anyone you want, its just part of
PES 2011 and it happens to most of PES gamers i reckon, if you get
'chances of a deal are almost zero', then just forget about signing that
player cause in PES 2011 scouts tell truth about all the negociations.
Players get mad because they don't play every game. If they are top players, like Keita and you don't play him every game, he most likely want to move to another team.
This is one of the things that annoy me. I play a player 9 out of 10 games, and rest him for a cup game against a smaller team, and he has a moan about it. Highly unrealistic.

Hi Zeus,
I think you are probablly right about this, since Barca is a top class club, their coaching staff should already levelled up, so they should have good staff for players form.

I agree with you, the yellow faces next to white loyalty bar will turn
red if you keep that player on the bench for a long time, in real soccer
some players are supposed to be on the bench as the backups for the
startingliners. those players never complain about that to real soccer manager.

Hi Ali_BWFC,
How do you score your goals on TOP PLAYER LEVEL in ML?
I just want to know how other players score goals, but nobody wants
to talk about it or even say a word.

How do I score my goals? It varies. I mean, my team is too damn good now (strikers - Rodrigo Moreno and Aguero rated 94 and 95 respectively, midfielders all rated in the early 90s and high 80s), so every team I play against, plays defensively with 2 or even 3 defensive midfielders.
It means that I really have to work the ball around and wait for the opportunity to pounce, to place a well timed through ball (not just a hopeful powered one that you see online a lot), or wait for the opportunity to get in a long range shot with Kroos, Marin, Asamoah etc.
When you're playing with less quality players, you really have to rely on teamwork. The crapper players tend to have less stamina, so you don't want to overuse players and wear them out.

Thanks a lot for your reply
So well timed through ball and long rangers are your scoring tactics, nice.
I will tell you my story about this, last game i play against Barcelona in
2 legs semi finals.
1st leg in my away game i should have won but i failed to score a goal after receiving a through ball in a 1 on 1 situation, also wasted few heading goal chances, so 1st leg my away game is just 0:0.
2nd leg, my home game,it was damn hard, even without Messi(WTF, he is in R.Madrid), pedro and villa gave me a lot of trouble from both wings, Ibra is a strong CF, he can muscle off my CB and still manage to shoot to my goal even with my CB shoving him shoulder to shoulder, first half, 0:0, lucky to keep the clean sheet.
second half at 52' min I scored a poacher's goal by using Luis Fabiano,
i thought i will be through to the final, but i was wrong, 86' min, villa scored a stunning volley, innesta is the passer, damn, i hate them.
So in the last 4 mins i tried wing play(i like attack from wings) and some
undesirable through balls, but finally its a 1:1 and i was out.
Basically i like wing play, i have Pastori as my SMF, he is now 29 and very fast, he will run down along wings and then passing to middle so
my CF will take care of the rest business.
I also used well timed through balls occasionally, but I think it is not as efficient and effective as wing play, as sometimes opposition defenders will cut off my through ball and conduct a counter staight away.
Again, thank you very much, Ali, for telling me your experience of scoring goals.
Well, long rangers and well-timed through balls are just a couple of the ways I score. But in all honesty, I just score any way I can. It's good having someone like Kroos in the team, who has the "Marauding" player card, ie he likes to run into the box to score goals.
I'm not much of a wing player myself. I do use the wings, but I rarely send in crosses due to having short forwards. But I often have Marin on the left, he's right footed so I cut in a lot with him. I also have Lee Chung Yong on the right, mainly. He's great at setting up chances due to his vision. I mainly use the wings to spread out play and make the defenders move around more.

Hi Ali,
I want to ask you another question which is a bit irrelevent to ML gaming.
Is there any difference between PES 2011 and WinningEleven 2011,
somebody told me before WinningEleven 2011 is a better version than
PES 2011, is it true? any information about this will be appreciated.
thanks

I understand what you mean, do you organize a lot of passing around
in Midfield so your CF can take the cross and sprint through opposition
defences and have a shot on goal, in PES 6, this was a very good way
to carve open defences, but in PES 2011, it is really difficult to pierce
defensive line this way.
I am not good at setting up well timed through balls, most of the times my team mates do not get into a good postion where a nice through pass can be delivered to.
I wanted to score goals by all means possilble, i still struggle with how to achieve that.

Optimistic, the key to score against the ai is really taking full advantage of 1-2's. I use them all over the field, more often than not, and especially on the wings between sb, cm and sm. Otherwise your team is way to static. Besides that it's about making space for the shot, and taking it when it's there. Shooting is incredible powerfull in pes11 if there's time and space for it.

You're not one of these people who do 1-2's with every pass are you? No offense, but I hate those type of players. It's a cheap tactic IMO.

None taken. I play offline only so you shouldn't be to harsh on me.
That said, I don't consider it a cheap tactic since it's the only way to get some movement into your team, and you see lots of teams deploy it regularly in real football. Take Barca for an obivious example.

I had a little rant about this in another thread. When I'm online and I have a good moan at someone for using constant 1-2s, a lot of them say "Barca do it". IMO Barca don't do quick 1-2 ping pong passing, their build up is slow, and like how I was describing my tactics earlier, they wait for their opportunity to pounce.
I'll give you a little advice, you can ignore it if you want though:
If you want to be effective with your 1-2s (especially online or offline multiplayer), use 1-2s sparingly. When people do them all the time, they get very predictable. But if you don't do them for 30mins of the match then BOOM..... perfectly timed 1-2, you can really catch your opponent off guard.
I'm with you. Against mates (and MLO i guess) varied play and patience is the key. Against the ai though you can spam the 1-2's to great effect.

i have tow advice for you about your team condition
1. if you received offer from any club to sell your player(don't press refuse for the offer) just ignore it and the offer will expire during weeks
2.don't put your player on available for sale unless you are sure you want sale him
any way there are condition gage for each players you can see it decrease directly if you ignore this tow advises.

Busquets plays every game and his arrows are down and I can't get them back up. I don't know what to do and I want to keep him not sell him.
First, go to your squad list to see how happy he is (the bar at the side of his name), if this is low (for whatever reason) it can effect player condition. If you've put a few players on the transfer list, other members of your team can be unhappy.
Also, check the players consistency/form (I can't remember the exact name) attribute - it's towards the bottom of his attributes. If this is low, they're more likely to have down arrows. If you're not too long into your ML, you can quit and make his attribute higher, then start again.
Also take note that the arrows are generally worse in away matches.
Other than that, not really much I can say. Player form can be kinda random, you know, it is possible that you can row a dice 30 times, and get a '1' 30 times :)

In terms of the arrows are you not playing them?? If you leave players too long without playing them they will become unhappy and there will be a red angry face next to their white loyalty bar... Also if you refuse them moves when they could want to move, then it will lower their loyalty. When their loyalty is too low they will be on a constant down form and therefore not great to play
In terms of buying people how big is your squad??? You will find if your squad is full then you will not be able to sucessfully negotiate with any player.. I always keep the squad with atleast 2-3 free spaces. It makes negotiating a hell of a lot easier. Also make sure you have space in terms of position.. Ie if using Bale as a winger, if there arent many spaces or places then he wont move.
