Can anyone in the know tell me if the rosters will be up to date this year?

That's impossible to tell at this time.
But given Konami's "tradition" of outdated squads on release day, it's safe to say the game won't have fully updated rosters.

they will most certainly be not complete which is just coherent given the fact that the transfer window is opened till end of august and the first release is already set to be on september 27th in the states - however, last year i took just a few days to correct the wrong rosters through a DLC...

I'm wondering what the national squads will be based on? Obviously for the Americas its gonna be the past two cup fixtures from over the summer...hopefully.
