This is my wishlist for tactics and training in PES2012:
1. Total freedom for formation: if you want 7 defenders or no forwards you should be able to.
2. Positions: player position training should not cost money, to offset it, players should be unable to train normally for a certain number of weeks.
3. Movement arrows to direct player movement, also individual attack/defence levels for players. This could be interesting if it affects moral of players, example if they have an attacking mentality and you assign them all out defence a lot, they should become unsettled.
3. Set piece set up: To be able to set up custom set pieces for attack and defence, corners, free kicks. No more Stein standing in the centre of the penalty box.
