So what do we reckon lads?
Are we guessing what the ransom is?

That would require a different poll. Apparently one hasn't been asked for, so it doesn't look good right now.

Eaten by A Cheetah

That's a good point - if you're going for an animal, please specify. Unfortunately there's no such thing as a 'Super Eagle', I sense that would be the preferred option.
Bammers you're not really getting into the morbid spirit of things.

He'll be fine
This is Nigeria. If he's old enough to be his Dad he's probably actually his great uncle...

Poll wasn't showing when I posted previous post.

I really should have been able to choose two options because if he is eaten by a cheetah he will turn up in one or more parts eventually.

Unless he devours him completely, or hyenas pick up the remnants.

Or the starving africans saw some fresh meat and thought it was their lucky day!
Original?

Barn, I fear Jonno was aiming at a toilet humour type joke.

Nope, it had nothing to do with faeces Original

Were you Jonno? I don't know, not sure if anyone would class shit as a body part. Unless the cheetah in question shat an undigested hand or limb, which I imagine would be rather painful for it.
EDIT: Just as I suspected.

Barn, it was more "Well if he is savagely attacked and killed by an animal there'd still be remnants left all over the place, like a finger here, a testicle there...."

Yeah, the ransom demanded was 20,000,000 Djungo-Djungos or whatever the currency was called, I don't remember. Equates to just under £80,000.
Which equates to about £200 for a working class person.

I bet it turns out to be a scam. Thats how they operate in Nigeria.

Unless you're Mikel and family, a most disappointing outcome.

I was waiting for a hand to be found in a lions den or something like that
I believe I was right - he turned up alive, but with signs of being badly beaten according to the report.

We talking wounded or gravely ill?
It says wounded in the poll does it not?

It says both, hence why I asked.
I think we can both agree brother that gravely ill would probably border on 'critical condition'.
I guess it's just nice that he's come back alive though, speaking seriously.
