I would like real life referees,maybe even editable ones.
Managers on the touchline would be good aswell.
I don't see the point of needing to open teams with pes points, there is trophies afterall and needing to unlock teams is getting too boring,maybe just to unlock specials,although this is pointless because who wants a player with a rediculous haircut,a stenson hat or a barrel for a ball?
I would like under 21 teams now because there is some more good young players coming through.
If Konami decide to focuss more on the club teams why not have the present club teams with youth,reserve,and classic all together?
These are my ideas and I hope PES 2012 is the best one yet!

I mean reallife referee's like Andre Marinner or Howard Webb,maybe even Colina.

Actually that's also a good idea...why not apart from Konami being too lazy for too many features..

I would like the refs to make realistic calls. The most annoying thing for me in pes has been the refs for several years now. They're soooo ridiculous. I'd really like to find out what kind of matches konami base their refs upon. I bet it's the J-league :)

Also,I want to see flags in the stadiums and flairs where appropriate.

Forget real refs - if konami cannot even get a few leagues licensed i don't think ther can license refs. If they did license them like in pes 4 i would like us to choose which ones instead of the black or chinese ref. Also a choice of commentators like in fifa.
also Also owning two clubs at one time in ml or mlo and realisic loans like in ml after a season, benayoun should play for chelsea returning from arsenal or other loaned out players

^ Yeah that would actually be really cool.
I would just like to get rid of assisted passing, clearing and tackling once and for all!

I really don't get why they implemented these features in the first place, and they seem to get more and more influence on the game

3 different kits per team should also be implemented.This would give more choices.
