Here's how first base copy Torres onto Rooney then default al the settings as explained above.

Next go to the player that you want the likeness mapping on to and base copy Rooney and default all the settings as before except face and hairstyle.

Finally remember to default Rooney to his real likeness.

So you still don't know how to base copy player's hairstyles?

Go into edit player for lets say Messi (or which ever player you want to edit) > base copy > and select the player whose hair you want to copy i.e David Silva.
Then default (Y or triangle button) all the categories except hair back to as they were.

btw Motion and goal celebrations can't be defaulted, so write down what Messi (or which ever player you want to edit) has before you base copy.

actually, i just remembered about Luyindula from PSG. he's got a headband with short dreadlocks, although you can't really tell he's got dreadlocks. his hair isn't tied in a ponytail in the back like osvaldo's, but from the front and side it looks pretty good. i use S. Petrov (Aston Villa) for Osvaldo's face and with Luyindula's hair, it looks pretty good

En que se basaron para este "mito"? Lo unico que lei que había comentado mi buen amigo Paul es que había una variación en los valores generales, antes y después de copiar base. (por peinado o face, es igual)

Pero si es por el valor general, no cambia en nada el "performance" del jugador, dados los valores individuales de cada una de las habilidades.

En mi caso en el PES 2011 deje a un lado los ridiculos stats de KONAMI y utilice por completo los de PSD ya que al hacer la Bundesliga basado en esos stats vi la diferencia sustancial entre stats hechos con sentido y al azar.

PD. Escribo en español porque mi ingles es pesimo, ademas de que veo que eres de Argentina y me entenderas.

La verdad, yo tampoco se, a mi nunca me paso eso de perder los "stats" de los jugadores, lo unico que pierdes son las animaciones, como las celebraciones de gol, pero más nada, además, cuando le haces los cambios que sea a un jugador, dandole a un botón, puedes retornarlo a los cambos por defecto de este, a menos de que eso de perder los "stats" pase en otra consola como la PS3 o la XBOX, yo lo juego en PC.

Don't know about Cahill, but for Baines use Kalinic from Croatia's hair. Looks great. :)
