Apply option file on x360

I know how to apply option files in PES2012 on the xbox 360. But you have to do it with an USB-stick. Can I copy the option file, after applying it, from the stick to my HDD.

Don`t know if I understood you correctly, but if you want to know how to copy the Optionfile from your USB to the harddrive, just go to the Dashboard->MyXBOX->scroll to the far right menue->Memory->choose your USB->scroll to the file->Press Y->choose copy or move->choose your harddrive->:w00t
