online is great this year, not much lag.

but..... master league playing against the A.I.

what is the point in having stats if the computer are faster and stronger than eto even tho the defender has stats of about 69. does the computer ever lose a header, no. does the rebounds always land at the computers feet, yes. do they out number you in defense, yes. do they out number you in attack, yes. its a f**king joke. last year i played on top player from the start and did ok, got to D1 and had a couple of mid table finishes before i started getting better. this year i am bottom of d2.

eto cant out pace D2 defenders, are you F**cking kidding me, overall, S**t, i dont mind a challege but this is a joke.

o and if you play a through ball without the new crap R3 to make your player run the computer intercepts EVERY pass.

JOKE

If it wasn't for those sorts of advantages, you'd beat the computer handily every game. No one wants that. You'll just have to be a bit more creative.

Yes, it sucks watching your fastest player get chased down from behind by a nobody, but it's better than the alternative.

So you think it's OK for Konami to allow it's AI to cheat rather than programme a proper AI that plays good football?

Dont be ridiculous.

This has been a problem in Pro Evo games for years now and it's nothing but laziness on Konami's part. Most other games dont allow their AI to cheat so why should a football game get away with it? If the stats say your player is faster than another player then HE SHOULD BE FASTER. Otherwise why bother with stats at all?

We're smarter than game AIs so we will eventually find ways to win but it simply isn't enjoyable or realistic to play a football game that way.

If we have neither enjoyment nor realism in a football sim what is the point? I know it must be insanely difficult to programme a whole football team with decent AI but that doesn't mean we should accept blatant cheating.

I totally agree - seems almost every cross they make they score, most cornners and freekicks are scored from and they pass to players stood in the middle of the box and your defenders sit deep and always play them onside.

It's good to have a difficult game, but they're are limits!
