These are just guesses because they don't sound like quotes from good films

4. might be the lethal weapon where he handcuffs him self to that guy on the roof, but I don't know which one.

12. Probably from men in black, my 3 year old nephew's obsessed with bothe of them so I'll ask him.

and 8. sounds like something Hugh Grant would say.

The one where he handcuffs himself to the other guy is Lethal Weapon I. If it's the right quotation of course...
