I only upload the new kits and edit data file, if someboy want to win time yo need to install first Caiobl OF.

What include this OF:
Fix some face of Bundesliga Players like Howedes, Lucas Barrios, Raul, Metzelder, Cacau, Naldo, Wesley and more
Created 23 player's for each teams of Serie B over 23 players of each team of second division teams
Created kits for all serie B teams
Update some face and hairstyle like Lucas Moura, Leandro Damiao, Pato, Lamela, Ibrahimovoic and more
Update national teams rosters (France, England, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, etc)

A russian team would be ideal, since that's in my opinion a powerful league with very good teams. I do think Lokomotiv Moscow has good players and are on the Europa League doing a good Job.

I will suggest my friend to create a new account in your PS3 thats not a big deal and then import the OF you want so you have several OF with different D2 leagues.

Sounds good. I assigned stadiums to teams in the game and used the naming feature (for example Stadio Orione to Brescia and named it Stadio Mario Rigamonti).

Also I wanted to have the Serie B emblems (so I replaced the Portuguese league). Credit goes to Mike1zero for the emblems.

I use some face of really player's for serie B player's. For example R.Bianchi i use Gilardino. I dont remember for what player i used Benzema.

guys, my serie B is promoting to English Premier League and not to Serie A... can you tell me how to fix it? thanks

If you are playing with the Premiere League the serie B teams will promote to that league. If you are playing The serie A and teams are promoting to the premier check the league structure if its correctly done. If not I have no clue how can that be possible.
