Learning New Ability

Does anyone know how you LEARN a new ability. I am not worried about what you start off with, I just wondered if anyone has any tips on how I can learn a new one during the season? I already started with Speed Merchant so cannot learn that one.

I don't think there is a specific way to gain a new ability.

I was playing and at 20 years old my AGENT said I gained a new ability, some people online told me you gain more abilities when you're getting older and after 30 years old you gain a lot of them, I'll wait to see.
