how to get the right RGB color codes?

sorry guys, but I'm a noob when it coms to editing and trying to do a 2.Bundesliga to help some of the guys out.

What is the best way to get the right RGB codes? I have all the PNG kits, but need the RGB codes.

I have photoshop CS4 if someone can help me.

i used, IMAGE-ADJUSTMENTS-BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST and brightened all my kits by 18, it shud work spot on for most kits, others you will just have to boost up some colours on the kit in pes RGB.

that tricky becoz we are talking mainly about texture in face scans, i usually use Mighty_Mags faces as a base when im making face scans, his colours seem spot on.

how can i find which colors i need for pes ingame??? to make the png blend good on it?

I'm trying to make the bundesliga with the pack of the thread but the Schalke kit is very bad... too dark the shirt itself.
