View Full Version : Being subbed then playing the game as normal??

Right guys I got subbed in the second half and usually I just put the speed on fast forward 2 to make the game go quicker but that option never came up?? Instead I was able to control all the players like just a normal game? What's this all about as I Have never seen this happen before??

This happened to me as well, I played awful against PSV and got subbed at half time. Then had to watch the full second half in normal speed. Feels like you're watching for 2 hours!

Yeh it seemed like it was lasting forever, I didn't have a nightmare tho I score and was playing well but for some reason the inter manager always take me off. I didn't have to watch the match tho I could play its like a normal game controlling all the players. I didn't causally realise this till I had a goal kick and it was waiting for me to take it

Ive actually got a camera bug every time i start the BAL mode 1st match always goes to pitchside cam and no instructions from the manager.

I think I have sorted it now, since I downloaded the new option file it happened so I messes about with the cursor settings and now it's done. Happy days

This just happened to me for the first time today, over 25 games in the season before this happened. Anyone know of a fix?

Normally, if you sign for other club outside the transfer period, e.g. imagine that you're playing for Sunderland, and you are in October, if you already signed for another club,that bug will happen.

Until a patch is issued to fix the FF option in BAL, I'm done playing BAL mode.

I play on the PS3 US ver 1.01 with an OF. I've saved and restarted multiple times, worked for a couple of games, than no FF option. Whenever this occurs, you get no manager feedback after matches. It just shows the results.

Something else KONAMI really needs to fix in BAL, my player should never be taken over by the CPU. If the game is built for freedom, than I should always controll my player in BAL mode. Why did KONAMI remove the L1 option to have the CPU controll my player?

Now that's strange. Every time I sign for another club outside the transfer period that bug happens to me. And another thing, normally, before the matches, the coach gives instructions to the player, saying how he wants me to play, etc..., and whenever i sign for another club outside the transfer period, this doesn't happen anymore, i go straight to the match.

FF is the ability to speed up gameplay x1, x1.5, and x2 when you start on the bench or get subbed off.

Brain you make another good point about pre-match instructions. I think I only saw that twice out of the 27 BAL games I played. I also forgot to mention, the last 2 games I played I received a 6.5 and 7.0 rating and my managers rating didn't improve or decrease. That seems odd as a 6.5 or higher should increase it. Especially for a 60 overall rating player.

i think the bug doesnt appear in everywhere.. lets hope konami release a new patch that will fix the bug asap finger cross

Thats happened to me a few times. I think its only happened after Ive loaded it up. After I quit, and reloaded, it went back to normal.
