Players Teamwork Stats?

I'm in my second season of ML and loving it...although all of my players teamwork stats are terrible. teamworks max stat is 99. yet most of my players teamwork stats are at 1 some like 12 at most 30 maybe. i dont get it? is this a bug or what. iv'e been tryna rotate the squad and give everyone a chance and keeping them happy if they moan about not playing matches which is like every game! any ideas people?

- need to train "tactics"(!)
- get a different coach with better "tacitic" attribute
- players have different max-values for teamwork, i.e. some of them never get over 50
Those are the first 3 things that came into my mind =) hope that helps a little.
I usually get all players above 30 within first few weeks. Of course that grows faster with better coach. Your values seem strangly low though :/

They need to be experienced and play more matches- this won't happen in 1 season with 20 year olds

Just found out today that you need to train "Strategy" to have your teamwork improve.

Don't ignore that one!
