Can U create a player with OVR over 70s?

Hi there (I am on PS3)

I have a QUESTION to ask you guys:
In PES 12, can you find a way to create a player who has high starting
stats like in 70s or 80s from the very beginning? Is it possible?

Because in PES 11, i can allocate focus points to certain area using
ALLROUNDER (something like SHOOT6 DRIBBLE6 POWER2) to create a player with OVR stats 75 or over, can you do sth like this in PES 12
and how?

SS, CMF, CB, these 3 for sure, but don't expect fireworks. It's better to start with 55 ovr and 4 skill cards.

I did game maker with it's default on cmf and i got 72

I guess when I have spare time, i will just keep rolling player creation
to get my desired stats for my player. Hopefully it wont take days.
