Competition standing?

Just how they work out the final standings in online competitions?
Like it doesn't go by goal difference it goes by rank or something
How do you work out your rank?

Best of three games in a row, then it goes by goals difference, and then rating. And if you are still level with someone, then it goes by earlier time. Only the top 16 from the competition qualifies to the next round.

Are you sure its like that?
Cause me and this other guy were level on points but he had a better goal difference but I got through cause my team ranking was 1.

You know when you look at the final standings table there's like 7 pages you can look at,such as points tally,goal difference,time taken, etc
Team ranking is one of them

What you mean is Team Rating, but anyhow that is quite unknown as far as I know.

Ah ok,just it seemed to trump goal difference on the leaderboard
