OH MY GOD, IT'S STING!

It's obviously Vampiro.
Seriously though - why are they being so cryptic when it's obviously Taker? Unless Terry Gordy has returned from the grave to take up the mantle of The Executioner once more.
Perhaps it's the master and ruler of the World coming to reclaim his throne?

They've given away literally nothing with that, so it's gonna be big. There's a host of big names that have been linked with potential returns over the past 12 months. With the vein of that vid, it's gonna be someone epic and scary, so I think Goldberg would be a decent guess. If it's just The Undertaker again, I'll be pissed off.
It's not going to be Sting, but obviously Joel was being facetious.

Why would Goldberg have a Gothic-themed video like this?

It's Renegade

I dunno, I was just hoping for something shocking and epic. He's said he wants to wrestle again, but you're right. It's just gonna be Taker isn't it?

It's Renegade
Back from the grave? I'd go with it.
It's Skinner, and he's back to reclaim his tobacco that Undertaker stole during his ABA gimmick.

Right so we've narrowed it down to:
Undertaker
Kane
Chris Jericho
Goldberg
Sting
Sid
Vampiro
Renegade
The Executioner
Skinner
At this point we also cannot discount:
Jake Roberts
Abdullah the Butcher
Kevin Sullivan
Raven
Gangrel
Viscera
Mideon
The Berzerker
The Ultimate Warrior
Glacier
Papa Shango
Waylon Mercy
Friar Ferguson
Kamala (sans foot)
Fake Undertaker (Brian Lee)
The Missing Link
Kurrgan
James Mitchell
The Shockmaster
The Yeti
Add The Ultimate Warrior to the second list.
Kamala (sans foot)

I think Kamala with the missing foot is my favourite out of those.

Don't rule it out. A triumphant return for Kim Chee is also long overdue.

He had his neck broken in a match vs LOD in 1997 but that was long before Mideon came on the scene. I think you might be on about Droz, who was paralysed but he wasn't in the Ministry of Darkness; he was part of LOD for a time.
For the record the video is quite obviously heralding the return of Key:

Don't get me wrong, I've got nothing but respect for The Undertaker, but how many times can he 'return' before it all gets a little bit meh? Unless he interrupts CM Punk and challenges him for the strap. That'd be badass.

Meh to that. He returned in 2009 and took all the momentum Punk had away from him.
They need to stop doing these return packages for Undertaker. Making me sick now.
The passage is from the bible, the fall of Jericho ... Chris Jericho seems to obvious as does Undertaker but then it has to be 'Taker. Winning the Royal Rumble would set him up nicely for Wrestlemania.

Original?

I haven't watched wrestling for around six years but I would prefer it to be Raven or Vampiro, either would be more entertaining than The Undertaker... again.

Indeed. Random.
I'm not one to shit on a return, but what the fuck? I really don't see the point in him making a live appearance...for that.
They're obviously going somewhere with it, but it felt really weak.

WWE ran out of interesting ideas and character stories a long time ago.

He's just proving what he said all along about the fans - they are hypocrites and only like the people who pander to them.
Next week expect him to mention this and continue his heel persona ;)
I've just this second finished watching Raw.
It was a good show, with some very interesting stories. There was so much going on, and so many different stories on show, that it was actually quite a fascinating week.
We had The Miz appearing nervous about R-Truth's presence, while Truth stalked him - offering up a funny alternative relationship with the camera/audience. Then we had Laurinitis and CM Punk's story progression, which intrigues me as to where it will be headed. The fact that Dolph is in the middle of it all, certainly raises my interest in it tenfold, and he's been hanging in the ring with Punk very well - and probably even outperforming him in my opinion.
Santino is hilarious so I'm always happy to see him, whether it be a segment or match. There were times right up until the match started where it was obvious that Wade Barrett was struggling not to laugh hysterically at Santino's antics.
As for Jericho - what the fuck indeed. There's something different about him too. Maybe it's because he's actually in good shape, his face is a bit thinner - or maybe it's because he's got new teeth - or perhaps botox - or maybe even all of these. Anyway, while watching Jericho, I was just thinking 'man, this guy has got to be freakin' high or something'. I think Joel has hit the nail on the head though. I don't think he was genuinely showing appreciation to the fans, but more so mocking them - and allowing the fans to make fools of themselves whilst not realising. It turned out to be very good. Not only is everyone a little confused by his return, it's got us all wanting answers now I feel, and so, we're desperate to see Jericho again, meaning the segment worked! It looks like this is going to be another interesting story to follow.
Now onto Kane. What an awesome way to end Raw. It was obvious that he was going to appear at some point, given he was supposed to be in the match, but I had no idea what exactly was going to happen. I figured he may just surprise Cena and beat him to a pulp again, but Kane really flipped the script this week. Coming out from under the ring was cool enough, but to then drag Ryder down the hole (or attempt to), before the flames shot up from under the ring whilst smoke flew out, was just excellent. It was really well done, and of course the crimson red lighting helped set the scene. Kane is definitely proving to be an interesting character upon his return. I've honestly no idea what's coming next, so hats off to WWE for the many different stories going on right now.
Yeah, the end of Raw was quality.
I much prefer Kane when he has some kind of character about him - yes, it's OTT and ridiculous a lot of the time, but it's so fun to watch.
I'm wondering if Kane will face Cena at the Rumble - somehow, I figure their match will take place a month later, after shenanigans during the Rumble itself cause their eliminations. Not very original, but it wouldn't surprise me.
Besides, with Punk-Ziggler already happening, and Bryan likely to defend against Show and maybe Henry in a triple threat, then the possibility of Miz vs. Truth, there's plenty going on for them to hold off on Kane vs. Cena for a while.
Yeah, there's plenty going on, storyline-wise. I'm really looking forward to this year in WWE, and now we've also got Chris Jericho too.
I rewatched the Y2J segment again last night before I went to sleep, and it was just strange. But it was fascinating. Despite not saying anything, and doing much - he actually did a lot. What he did was expose the WWE Universe somewhat - as fools, as sheep.
The jacket he was wearing was cool as hell too.
This made me laugh:

When he just turns the jacket on and grins
The little head flick as well
I can just imagine next week he'll come out grinning like a cunt again, then like the girl in the vignettes turns serious and goes into heel mode.
Is anything gonna happen with the ''she'' that is mentioned in the promos? Perhaps Steph?
Hopefully it's Steph who has brought back Jericho to put Punk in his place. But it wouldn't surprise me if the promos were alluding to nothing and it was just WWE & Jericho having fun getting people to speculate.
His smile rivals Alan Pardew btw.
