Maybe you made mistake when you was unlocking copa libertadores or classic teams, you unlocked these unplayable teams? I'm not sure, but check it.

If you have downloaded the ISO, you no longer require an add-on. Just in burning the ISO file to a dvd or can also be played on the emulator or it could be through the OPL

i want to ask how to convert ps2 option file to max???for pc
* this is the way if U wan't to transfer the option file directly from PS2 memory card to PC (if it is what U asked for)

Download AR MAX Evo, when U unzip it U will get .ISO file. Burn this file with DVD Decrypter on a CD (not DVD). U will need USB flash drive (some brands work, some don't) - I use PQI 4GB and it works fine. Transcend JV 2GB didn't work. Plug the flash drive into PS2, put the CD with AR MAX burnt on it, and turn on the console. In the menu chose the second option, wait for it to load and then you should see options to access your PS2 memory card or USB drive. Click on memory card, find your option file you want to send to PC, click on it and choose option: copy to USB. It will be automaticly converted to .max format and U will have it on your USB drive.
