...create a player (not in BaL), register him to a team and then play with him using the Existing Player feature?
actually it is possible.
just make sure not to create a new player but edit an existing one like a fake national player or one you kicked out of a fake team (search the section where the guys without a contract appear, next to the created player slots). when transferring your edited player to the team of your choice you'll be able to use him in bal.
i've done this and it works as long as your not a goalie.
Ozz, crawl back in under your rock, you troll.
I created a completely original player, gave him the appropriate stats and playing cards and placed him in the team of my choosing, and then started a BAL with said player.
It works.

That doesn't work because you are not allowed to select the player you created.
That doesn't work because you are not allowed to select the player you created.
Then work around it.
Edit an existing player, prefferably one in a shit team, with shit stats that you won't notice anyway in your game.
Edit him as much as you like, then move him to your team of choosing.
Et voila, your "created" player is now playable.
yes its possible like ravex said.... u also can reset the player after u alrdy got save BAL file.
but it is really lame... its like cheating... its too easy... no challenge
Become A Player is a great mode
