Voicing Discontent with Your Manager

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but a good idea for next years BAL would be for the individual to voice discontent about where he's played, his playing time, etc. In ML, players piss and moan about playing time and being played out of position, why not let the user in BAL do it. Any opinions?

Yeah think its a good idea sometimes i get played out of position and i start moaning so wish i could complain to the manager.

That would be nice. I'd also like to be able to offer tactical advice to my manager, say who I feel I work best with (as striker pair, or whatever), say who I want out of the club and stuff like that. Wether the manager actually listens has to vary with BAL players stature in the club, and relations with manager, and possibly a hidden manager stat.

Simply fleshing the mode out to be more than just deciding training schedule and play matches.
