How do I beat the AI?

If anyone has any tips that can help me I would appreciate it. It's annoying how I can beat big teams and then lose to rubbish teams who play long ball tactics.

How do I counter AI tactics?

Try playing with a high line on possession game with offside trap set to ON. You might think this is stupid, but everytime they do a long ball, their CF will go back to avoid the offside trap and if they don't, they'll be offside unless you have some numpty playing him onside which happens from time to time

yeh I agree with Abu97, lesser teams "park the bus" at times especially if your team is much better than theirs. Using a high line and offside trap, can pin them in there own half for long periods. Then it's just patience and persistence, to break them down.
