Kane vs. Randy Orton
I'm also expecting we'll see:
- Big Show vs. Shaquille O'Neal
- Beth Phoenix vs. Kharma
- Randy Orton added to World Heavyweight title match
And two more matches where you incorporate Miz, Barrett, Del Rio, Christian, Ziggler, Henry, Kane, Kofi, maybe Foley, maybe Mysterio. :erm:
I hate Vince and the WWE.

The card looks good, I dont watch it any more but The Rock/HHH/Taker/Jerico/Randy Orton and John Cena seems a very strong card or maybe it was 10 years ago, I dont know the Champ or the fellow he is fighting though.
It's looking like it could be a really great Wrestlemania. I imagine Wade Barrett won't be involved though given his injury last night, although more news will be following in the next few days. I find it difficult to engross myself in Barrett's character mind, so I'm not too disappointed if he doesn't appear at Wrestlemania.
I originally wasn't very interested in seeing The Undertaker vs. HHH again, for a third time, but they've reeled me right in over the last few weeks. When they announced the stipulation for the match last night, that was hook line and sinker.
I hate Vince and the WWE.
I will when Cena wins clean and doesn't turn heel.
How are they going to do Hell in a Cell with no stadium roof btw?
EDIT: Is this because you went last year and not this, Joel?
Smackdown spoiler:
Teddy Long comes out and makes Show vs. Cody for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 28
:willfrown:
EDIT: Is this because you went last year and not this, Joel?
Yeah. They gave me a shit card and the year later they are making a fantastic one.
Won't read that Smackdown spoiler, but I bet Orton is in the World title match now.
Don't worry, I think they're going out of their way to make sure the rest of the card is a pile of trash.
They'll give us Ace vs Teddy in a singles match. Just you watch.
muscularmatt
29-02-2012, 23:23
Hopefully they'll do a Vince vs Trump type thing instead, where Teddy and Ace nominate someone each to represent them. Cue speculation about Brock Lesnar/Goldberg/Sting/Randy Savage returning.
Ezekiel Jackson vs David Otunga part III?
http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ltnxxlqZq71qi04hd.gif
muscularmatt
01-03-2012, 14:45
I'm telling you, Otunga will be a star in 2012. Jackson's totally rubbish obviously. It'll probably end up being Miz vs Orton or something boring like that.

No MITB then.
Thank God. I was raging when they were saying they may bring it back.
muscularmatt
12-03-2012, 17:07
Errrr, why?
Because they took it out the year I went and it looked like they were putting it back in the next day.
They've already screwed me with Rock vs Cena and HiaC. MITB would have been the ultimate, "fuck you, Joel".
muscularmatt
12-03-2012, 17:10
Oh lol right, still on that are we? When did you go, last year?
Yeah. It was a great experience, but last year's card was very bad.
Wanted to try to go to the Garden at WM30, but don't know if it will be there now, seeing as 29 is NJ/NY.
muscularmatt
12-03-2012, 17:40
Both Wrestlemania 10 and 20 were at the garden, and of course the very first one. Something to think about...
What's with the Cena monologues?
I thought wrestling was about hype and excitement, not boring the crap out of people?
Yeah. It was a great experience, but last year's card was very bad.
Wanted to try to go to the Garden at WM30, but don't know if it will be there now, seeing as 29 is NJ/NY.
Vince has already said he only wants WM's in big stadiums from now on so we won't see another one at MSG anytime soon. Tradition means nothing to that old cunt.

What's with the Cena monologues?
I thought wrestling was about hype and excitement, not boring the crap out of people?
I think they are just trying as many angles as possible to hype the match, giving it that sense of 'once in a lifetime' epicness.
Vince has already said he only wants WM's in big stadiums from now on so we won't see another one at MSG anytime soon. Tradition means nothing to that old cunt.
You can kind of get where he's coming from though, especially for '30 or some other landmark. MSG holds fewer people than The Moli during construction work, and once you've seen a 'mania infront of 80 odd thousand it seems odd to go back.
Team Long: Santino, Kofi, Ryder... I'm stuck
Rey? Foley? Truth?
Khali? :cringe:
muscularmatt
13-03-2012, 02:42
Team Long: Santino Marella, Zack Ryder, Batista, Goldberg, Sting and Brock Lesnar.
That's if they don't dig the Macho Man up and inject him with John Cena's roid-saturated urine.
We've got ourselves a divas match. Who needs Kharma or Natalya? Brilliant. :cringe:
Kharma obviously couldn't compete. But they should have gone with Beth vs Natalya due to the circumstances. But it doesn't really bother me anyway.
All we've got left in Orton/Kane and the rest of the guys in the tag match, yeah? So that'd be... Christian, Ziggler, Swagger, Kofi, Ryder, Del Rio + 2 faces?
Don't think they'll add a ninth match considering how much time the big two (non-title) matches will take up. Hell, knowing WWE, they could bump the Inter-Continental title match off to make more time for them.
muscularmatt
16-03-2012, 19:16
Yeah Kharma not being a part of it is understandable (I presume you both know what happened to her), but I don't know why Nattie isn't in there. If they've still got plans for the Divas of Doom I could get not putting them against eachother, but if it's a tag match then surely she's unfit.
Look at the shit they are doing with Nattie and then you'd understand why she isn't there.
You can kind of get where he's coming from though, especially for '30 or some other landmark. MSG holds fewer people than The Moli during construction work, and once you've seen a 'mania infront of 80 odd thousand it seems odd to go back.
Got to agree with you there.
I'm used to seeing the Royal Rumble in MSG to be honest - although it's a strange balance (if it is one at all), because despite the short entrance essentially ruining the Superstar's theme music as he runs to the ring for the big Rumble match.... the Rumble at MSG just feels right to me.
Flo Rida to waste 10 minutes of our time. Joy of joys.
muscularmatt
20-03-2012, 13:13
If they're going to insist on having all that jizz at the world's biggest WRESTLING event, then just expand it to 5 hours and be done with it. All this does is make me worry about who's going to get cut.
Is this years WM in a open roof top stadium or something ? I know it's in Rock's home town Miami, Florida.
muscularmatt
28-03-2012, 00:37
Yes, it's in an opentop stadium. So they'll probably have Period-Rider on just before HIAC to give them time to put it together.
HIAM, hows that gonna work than in opentop arena?
I still don't really know how they're doing the cell structure. Apparently it's a redesigned one specifically because you can't just hang it from the roof. Maybe it'll be stored partially hidden in the rigging 'hut':

I'm going to do my customary WrestleMania write-up before weekend :excited:
Can't wait for Sunday, gonna do a all nighter and of course WM28, snacks, etc will all be bought hopefully. :D

Since I've had my own place and got back into watching wrestling, nearly 7 years, I've watched every Wrestlemania on Sky Box Office. They haven't been shit, but none of them have OMGZZZZMYPANTS good.
And this year, when I choose to terimnate my relationship with Sky, we get the best looking card in ten years.
Fuck it.
http://wweworld-live.e-monsite.com/medias/images/wrestlemania28-display-image.png
Randy Orton vs. Kane
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120319_WM28_kane_orton_C.jpg
Want: Don't care
Think: Randy Orton
Irrelevant, pointless feud that nobody gives two hoots about. Could open the show; it'll definitely be near the start. Orton should really be in a bigger and better match for his birthday. A win really does nothing for either man, but I still expect Orton to win.
What to expect: Slow, methodical turd
When it'll be: Opener/3rd
Match length: 10-12 mins
Booker T quotes:
"Daddy I don't want none!"
"Somebody call the po-lice"
Inter-Continental Championship
Cody Rhodes © vs. Big Show
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/CodyShow%20WM28.jpg
Want: Don't care
Think: Big Show
If this match isn't the opener then I think Cody is fucked and will be on the end of a squash. The whole feud is centred around Big Show always being embarrassed at WrestleMania so it's logical to think he'll get his 'moment' here and capture the Inter-Continental title.
What to expect: SQUASH. Just in case it is.
When it'll be: Opener/2nd
Match length: 2-10 mins
Booker T quotes:
"It's gonna be on like a steaming pot of neckbone, dawg"
"Did you see dat right dere?"
12-Man Tag
Team Teddy Long vs. Team John Laurinaitis
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120326_wm28_TeamJohnny_SwapD rew_article_C.jpg
Want: Team Johnny
Think: Team Johnny
Seemed like this was initially going to be more serious with Christian & Del Rio involved, possibly Rey Mysterio too. But now they've involved more comedy characters so it'll be an overbooked, hopefully FUN, mess. Like Lawler/Cole of last year, but with a lot more people involved, less boring and maybe some decent action in the ring. Teddy's been stale for years so maybe this is his curtain call from the WWE, leaving Johnny to run both shows.
What to expect: Shenanigans everywhere
When it'll be: 3rd/4th
Match length: 13-16 mins
Booker T quotes:
"Ohhhhhhh here WE go!"
"He got caught up in the lights dere"
World Heavyweight Championship
Daniel Bryan © vs. Sheamus
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/SheamusBryan%20WM28.jpg
What I want: Daniel Bryan
What I think: Sheamus
The Royal Rumble winner hasn't won at WrestleMania since 2007 so it's long overdue and I think it's exactly what will happen here. Before last year I would never have said a world title match would go first, but for that reason I can't rule out this opening the show. It should get time for these two to put on a great match and maybe the only way that'll happen is to open. Personally I'm hoping it closes the opening half of the show in a similar way to Taker/Batista at 23.
What to expect: "Sleeper" match, will surprise a lot
When it'll be: Opener/4th
Match length: 12-15 mins
Booker T quotes:
"My boy supahero D-Bryan is in ma fave five"
"Payback is a MOTHER"
Special Referee: Shawn Michaels
Hell in a Cell
The Undertaker vs. Triple H
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120308_WM28_taker_hhh_C.jpg
Want: Undertaker
Think: Undertaker
Never cared about the prospect of a part III in this feud. It devalues the streak and when you've only got so many matches left in you I was hoping Undertaker would face someone different, if at all. But the prospect of a hell in a cell and HBK as the referee has me excited. I think Michaels will try to cost both men at different times before his conscience gets the better of him and he calls it down the middle. He won't screw either man because it would lead to a match down the road and HBK is staying retired.
What to expect: 10 minutes of entrance EACH
When it'll be: 5th/6th
Match length: 25-30 mins
Booker T quotes:
"WAT DA HAYLE"
"It's over. You can count to a hundred!"
WWE Championship
CM Punk © vs. Chris Jericho
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/CMPunk%20Jericho%20WM2.jpg
Want: CM Punk
Think: CM Punk
After "Best in the World" vs. "Best in the World" and Punk copying Jericho I'm not sure how deep this feud runs. Jericho's jibes at Punk's family seem out of context and nothing of real merit. So like a lot of the feuds for the PPV, it's been off the boil but come showtime it'll very intense and a huge hit. Both men will try their hardest and will refuse to be overshadowed by the other two main events.
What to expect: Possible match of the night
When it'll be: 5th/6th
Match length: 18-22 mins
Booker T quotes:
"I invented that move"
"With the greatest of ease!"
Diva Tag Match
Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos vs. Beth Phoenix & Eve Torres
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120305_WM28_MariaKelly-EveBeth_preview_show.jpg
Want: Don't care
Think: Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos
Hoped for Beth/Kharma, would've loved Beth/Trish and settled for Beth/Natalya. Got none of those, and got this pile of trash instead. Apparently Menounos has a broken rib from Dancing With The Stars so it'll limit her ring time, but the celebrity always wins at WrestleMania.
What to expect: :cringe:
When it'll be: As the cool-down period between main events
Match length: 3-5 mins
Booker T quotes:
"Aw shucky ducky quack quack!"
"Kelly Kelly is hotter than a Mexican plate lunch with a whole bunch of hot sauce on it"
The Rock vs. John Cena
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/Cena-RockWM2.jpg
Want: The Rock
Think: John Cena
Hopefully the Flo Rida crap is at a minimum and he doesn't play The Rock to the ring. No-one wants to see that. Ideally this is the Cena heel turn everybody has been waiting for, and at the very, very least plants the seeds to his heel turn in the next 12 months. But with the way WWE have been backing him, to get the crowd to like him more for this match, I sincerely doubt it's going to happen. If it's a one-off match then Cena will win, but if they end up going with a rematch at SummerSlam or next year's WM then Rock could pull it off. If Cena wins..will he get booed out of the building? Don't end it with a handshake or embrace for the love of God though. Please.
What to expect: An insane atmosphere
When it'll be: The main event
Match length: 20-24 mins
Booker T quotes:
"OH MAH GOODNESS"
"With limited skills and ability, John Cena has managed to do the unthinkable"

Great writeup cock, as always. Nice reading.
This thread will remain SPOILER FREE. Anyone posting spoilers without using spoiler tags - will be punished, and that can mean either a yellow card, or a ban, depending upon how annoyed I am that something has been spoiled.
This includes information, photos (the set, stage etc.), sightings of potential surprise guests/wrestlers and everything else you can imagine that constitutes a "spoiler".

Are you watching it legitimately (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irony), Sminky?
I think I'd contemplate it if Sky allowed Virgin Media to offer Sky Box Office HD, as opposed to just Box Office SD. £15+ for a standard definition show?
Dirtsheets are saying Lesnar could be at WM. Would be so awesome. Not sure I buy it though.
But imagine this scenario - Lesnar screws Cena, helps Rock win. Cena vs Lesnar at SummerSlam. Rock vs Cena rematch at 29. Undertaker vs Lesnar at 29 :excited:
Pre Show:
Tag Team Championship
Primo & Epico © vs Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd vs The Usos
That actually pisses me off, as it would be a good opener to have on the actual card.

Not too fussed about Big Dave. Would welcome him back if he continued his last heel role though. That was funny.
Getting hyped for this now. Going to my brother's later on. He's got all the WM's on DVD, so we'll watch a few classic matches leading up to the PPV.
Got to decide on what the WM food will be :hmm:

Cheese balls, Joel. Cheese Balls.
Set is looking decent. Seriously getting jealous of the people going now. It really is a great experience.
Cheese balls sounds good, Matt. And we have to take your opinion serious on this matter (food). I'm thinking pizza though.
Don't forget a big bowl of ice cream man and M & M's. :D
So that time of the year has come.. the time where I know WM is around the corner. Of course I have followed Undertaker's return, action, promo etc. until today. I am watching WM mainly because of him but amazingly the hype of the Rock v. Cena made me very intrigued. I'm looking very much forward to it! I usually don't give a shit about the other matches in the card, but this one.. no wrestling fan would want to miss.

This is the best card they've given us for a long time. If you don't like the look of this, then wrestling probably isn't for you anymore.
Yeah, exactly.
Not particularly bothered by the Team Teddy-Team Johnny, diva and Orton-Kane matches, but aside from that, it should be an awesome event.
WWE.com posted a picture of how the stage looked last night. Awesome.

Aye, I think you're right but surely you can't be pleased with this in absolute terms? Compared to more recent Wrestlemania cards fair enough, I still don't think it's quite good enough.
muscularmatt
01-04-2012, 19:28
In absolute terms, of course not. But I'm a perfectionist anyway. Given the sort of people that are around in the world of wrestling today, and the level of ability of the current WWE creative team, this is as good as it's going to get.
Also, without wanting to venture into potential spoiler territory - I always advise to judge the event after it's happened, not before.
I see Paddy Power have betting on Wrestlemania 28 now, link below:

I'd get jealous, but I'm too used to watching WWE events the next day now, so I rarely give it much thought.
I know I'm going to have a blast watching Wrestlemania and Raw over the course of these next few days though, so I'm sure your excitement will be even greater watching it live!
Enjoy my brother!
How awesome would it be if cinemas aired WWE PPVs, or at least, the major PPVs? Instead of paying say £7 for a film ticket, you'd pay it for PPV event. This is of course providing cinemas stay open throughout the night, but they could no doubt advertise it and make it a little event as I'm positive it would bring in more money during the night than any other film at that time! Imagine watching it with 100 other people, drinks, food, and an atmosphere so tense during big moments!

Pretty sure some cinemas in America and Canada do this. Would be cool to incorporate over here, but I can't see it happening due to the time difference.

01-04-2012, 21:54
That's literally the best idea ever.
There wouldn't be any of the 'fighting' stigma attached either as no doubt most of the crowd will be geeks, so it'd be a money maker for the select cinemas. Of course the issue would be obtaining a license to air Box Office PPVs, but I'm sure it could be done - even if it's just for a few cinemas in the country; Newcastle, Manchester, London.
You get the idea.
EDIT:
I'm completely at a loss for who is going to win the Cena vs. Rock match. On one hand, this has been a year in the making - in Rock's hometown. Plus, if Rock were to win, it would undoubtedly increase the feud's longevity before Cena overcomes him. While on the other hand, the WWE have really pushed the notion of 'Once In A Lifetime', which sways me into thinking a rematch may not be on the cards as they'd look ridiculously unprofessional by organising one - not that the WWE would mind, as long as money is brought in. I'm so confused, that I just laid down my guess based off of the 'Once In A Lifetime' tag.
Overall I'm really pleased with this years card, here are my predictions;
http://wweworld-live.e-monsite.com/medias/images/wrestlemania28-display-image.png
Randy Orton vs. Kane
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120319_WM28_kane_orton_C.jpg
Want: Kane
Think: Kane
Despite a seemingly thrown together feud, this is a match I'm quite looking forward to. It's no secret that Randy Orton has been wanting to work with the newly masked Kane for a while, so I firmly believe they are going to put on a show. What's interesting about this match, and even dynamic, is the 'psychological warfare' that could be present as opposed to just the physical. Both Superstars have battled 'evil thoughts', with Orton becoming more humanised in his mind state, whereas Kane's character has went the exact opposite way, ultimately embracing the hate and his deranged mental thoughts. Perhaps we might see a return of Randy 'embracing the hate', stooping down to Kane's level, but failing as he's no longer 'in that place' mentally - quite like Kane is. The thought of Orton punting Kane is mouth-watering, but who knows, Kane could wear a reinforced mask which would then damage Randy's foot proving to be his downfall.
What to expect: A slow, methodical mind game with flashes of insanity
When it'll be: Opener
Match length: 10-12 mins
Inter-Continental Championship
Cody Rhodes © vs. Big Show
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/CodyShow%20WM28.jpg
Want: Cody Rhodes
Think: Big Show
Both Superstars are great in their own unique ways. Big Show for his emotion and ability to hook the crowd, and Rhodes for his fascinatingly well developed character. I expect this match to be quite solid, however I also expect Rhodes to really relish the coward role, and attempt (and possibly succeed) in weaseling himself out of the match, via DQ. Cody could utilise his belt and strike Big Show with it, or simply the 'brawl' may get out of hand as the fight through the crowd, ultimately leading to them both being counted out.
What to expect: I think it's going to be good, with potential to surprise many.
When it'll be: Opener/2nd
Match length: 7-10 mins
12-Man Tag
Team Teddy Long vs. Team John Laurinaitis

Want: Team Johnny
Think: Team Johnny
This is going to be such a blast I think. There's a healthy mix of solid wrestlers and hilarious characters, and as Haribo said, it's going to be good fun. This is Wrestlemania afterall, so I'm expecting this match to be quite entertaining, even if others dislike 'comedy' wrestlers somewhat. Seeing the potential opportunities for laughs, with the likes of Santino, R-Truth, Booker T, Otunga and even the managers themselves. As much as I like the Superstars in Team Teddy, I feel overall we need someone more fresh running the shows, so I'd be glad to see Team Johnny win here.
What to expect: Decent wrestling mixed with hilarious moments
When it'll be: 4th
Match length: 15-18 mins

This particular match is probably what I believe to be an easier prediction, given the large build up and attention focusing upon Sheamus's rise. It's a little unfortunate as I've been enjoying Bryan's reign, and he's really proven himself as World Champion. Sheamus is great in the ring, but I just feel his character is lacking 'something'. Despite being raised nearby, I struggle to really connect with him. If he wins the title, we could see a more interesting Sheamus possibly, so that would be cool.
What to expect: A solid, brutal contest.
When it'll be: 3rd
Match length: 12-15 mins
Special Referee: Shawn Michaels
Hell in a Cell
The Undertaker vs. Triple H
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120308_WM28_taker_hhh_C.jpg
Want: Undertaker
Think: Undertaker
Like Haribo, originally I was unsure about a Part III, but as soon as Triple H mentioned Hell In A Cell - I was sold. Then add Shawn Michaels to the mix and we've the opportunity to watch what could very well be the best HIAC match in a long time. I'm probably looking forward to this particular match just as much as John Cena vs. The Rock - maybe even more so given the stipulation.
What to expect: A broken announce table
When it'll be: 7th
Match length: 25-30 mins
WWE Championship
CM Punk © vs. Chris Jericho
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/CMPunk%20Jericho%20WM2.jpg
Want: CM Punk
Think: Chris Jericho
A tough one to call this for sure. I think we're in for a great ride though and that's all that is important. On the one hand, CM Punk seems to be garnering good support thesedays, however I can't help but feel as thought he might be better suited to the title 'chase' and knocking Superstars off their perches, as opposed to the other way around.
What to expect: Potential to be absolutely gripping
When it'll be: 5th
Match length: 18-22 mins
Diva Tag Match
Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos vs. Beth Phoenix & Eve Torres
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/20120305_WM28_MariaKelly-EveBeth_preview_show.jpg
Want: Don't care
Think: Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos
I originally thought Menounos would win, however this time, I can see the celebrity losing I think, especially if they play up her injury as a good excuse. By not expecting a great deal, anything half good will be a pleasant surprise.
What to expect: Not much
When it'll be: 6th
Match length: 5-7 mins
The Rock vs. John Cena
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_matchup/public/match/image/2012/03/Cena-RockWM2.jpg
Want: The Rock
Think: John Cena
"Once In A Lifetime". If Rocky's performance at Survivor Series is anything to go by, then we're in for a treat. Let's hope Cena doesn't disappoint or choke like he did in last years main event. I'm hoping to see some character development for John Cena too, in which his emotions and actions become intriguing as the match progresses to the point where you're not totally sure where his character 'stands'.
What to expect: Electricity!
When it'll be: The main event/8th
Match length: 20-30 mins
I used Sky Bet's £10 free to new customers thing and put it on The Rock - he's 11/10, so I'll have £11 if he wins (which will almost cover the cost of the event). Expecting Cena to win, but Rock's odds were better. ¬_¬

I'd hate to be behind those palm trees.

:excited:
The tag title match starts at half past I think. Currently watching WWE's youtube channel here (http://www.youtube.com/user/WWEFanNation?feature=watch). Some soppy Cena Make a Wish promo at the moment.
Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus will open the show.
This is a fucking outrage. I'm going to bed.

So I missed it? Fucking twat.
This is a fucking outrage. I'm going to bed.
How little respect they have for Bryan Danielson, that was a fucking disgrace.

Well this was easily the best moment of WM28:

May do a write up later, but all in all I thought the show was ok-good.
3 letters for HIAC match - OMG.
i swear Undertaker looked like an super shredder with his entrance attire, just awesome.
Yeah, it was good but not great.
They weren't kidding when they said the emphasis was on only 3 matches, were they? They were all good-great, but the latter two were a bit slow to get going.
Still haven't got over the disgraceful opener. Treated like dogshit last year, and this is what they get this year?
Most of the matches were about as expected.
Don't care if it's bad booking, but Rock :excited:
Original?

Has all respect for the title been thrown out of the window? Two matches bigger than the title match seems a little disrespectful and if CM Punk can't headline an event like this, he shouldn't be holding the strap. This is no disrespect to CM Punk as I'm not familiar with him now, my point is simply that the booking defies relief and I would consider it a real slap in the face were I the champion.
I might check out one or two of the matches to see if there are any redeemable spots.

Any word on if D-Bry is injured, or were they just being super-cunty to him?
I just finished watching WM28.
SPOILERS. Don't read if you haven't seen it yet!!!
Lows:
Opening match. That was a complete disgrace. I don't really follow Bryan at all but a championship match should never end like that.
Flo-Rida was unnecessary but of course it's his hometown, so I understand.
John Cena's entrance. Ran out of creativity I guess? But no big deal as well so not that much of a low.
Highs:
Nothing better than the HIAC match and the respect they showed towards one another at the end... it made my WM complete. I love the Undertaker and although I knew he was going to win and make it 20-0, I for one second thought that Michael's sweet chin music would cost him the streak. I loved the way it ended like I said, it was really emotional. Kudos to the Deadman, still performing at this age. Very, very happy with the match and the hug at the end. Legendary moment.
PS. So is this the Taker's end? Or Triple H's end?
The Rock v. Cena. A year in the making.. perfectly set up for the Rock's hometown. I predicted the Rock to win mainly because of this and to close out the show with a happy crowd. I think this year's crowd especially during this main event were so vocal (Cena! Rocky! and Let's go Cena! Cena sucks!) than any others I've seen. Anyway, it was a good match and I'm glad they didn't end it with a handshake. But where does the Rock go on from here? Is he officially continuing with WWE?
Team Johnny v. Team Teddy
It wasn't a headliner but for comedic reasons it relaxed my mood. I'm just glad this means that Teddy is out as he's getting very boring, playa.
Overall, I enjoyed the whole show and much more than I did than last year's.
Got a question.. Taker's past 4 Wrestlemania matches, how would you arrange them in terms of great quality? I'd go with:
1) Taker v. Michaels 1 (Nothing can outdo this IMO)
2) Taker v. Triple H 2
3) Taker v. Michaels 2
4) Taker v. Triple H 1
Taker vs Michaels 1
Taker vs Michaels 2
Taker vs HHH 2 (3)
Taker vs HHH 1 (2) - This one is my personal favourite though.
Original? - the Hell in a Cell is certainly worth a watch. Not exactly technical (it was always going to be a brawl), but the emotion and execution was excellent.
I agree with Joel's listing, though obviously Taker/HHH wasn't my favourite as I wasn't there.
Some more minor WM things (which don't even really need a spoiler tag but whatever):
- What's with no opening pyro?
- Surprised there was no promo for Undertaker/Triple H, even if it'd be one already shown like the Rock/Cena & Jericho/Punk one
- Lack of interviews. I'm shocked there wasn't one with Rock.
- Laughs galore at Machine Gun Kelly calling Cena an underdog
- Tyson is a bit crotch chop happy :/
Don't know if anybody watched the pre-show, but the triple threat tag match was pretty enjoyable.

1) Taker v. Michaels 1 (Nothing can outdo this IMO)
Agreed. That was the greatest match I ever saw.
Oh definitely, Undertaker vs Michaels was absolutely immense. It's easily one of my favourite mania matches of all time, the amount of finishers dished out reminded me of Rock v Stone Cold in 2001, another personal favourite of mine.
