How to apply updated lineups?

Hey

I downloaded the winter transfer update but I did not apply the updated lineups so players actually havent been transfered. My quesion is, how do I do this now? There is no visible option that says to update the lineups.

got to edit>teams and look for the default button; on PS3 it is triangle in this menu. You will lose all of the PES league &D2 lineups however. If you have edited teams in these slots, export them first, edit>export>teams
