Classic Players

I've bought all of the classic players and have a question.

Do the stats of these players change depending on the master league you are playing. For example, is Beckenbauer better than 90 depending on the version.

Also what is the highest overall rating you can go to? I've Koemann and Messi at 102 at the moment.

I have also bought a few classic players and I think that they are very effective...
About your first question, I think that their stats are always the same!
As for the second one, the maximum overall is 109!
