Can we look forward to option files that include MLS for 2013?

Yes and no. With Daymos's expertise and development every season he adds many new teams and leagues. If the demand is there then the league will be created, however it's not got anything planned yet.
The main reason against it is because on PES 2013 if the MLS which is 19 teams, covered the 18 slots of the custom league then these American sides would be entered into UEFA competitions and would significantly drop the realism.
