That list is absurd and completely unverified with a reliable source. It's a nice thought but its not happening.

That lot would be nice, but, sadly, I can't see this being the case in PES2013.

Obviously so clearly fake.
1. It says thanks to an exclusive deal with FIFA. Strange FIFA decide to give licenses to PES and not their own game.
2. Hasn't the Turkish FA got some grudge against their league being licensed, hence FIFA 12 featuring no Turkish teams?
3. FIFA have exclusive rights to the majority of leagues listed, e.g. Dortmund have a specific FIFA only liscense.
4. At the very bottom it reads "New teams added for 2011" which surely shows this list is produced, poorly, every year.
