View Full Version : Issue with Not working on Laptop/PC?

Hi All,

I seem to have a problem on the Laptop where the game loads up fine up to the menu. Then as soon as i press for exhibition or Copa Libertadores mode it just shuts down and says there is a problem.

Any one else having the same issue? and any help available?

In terms of graphics I have the Intel I5 processor with 3000 HD built in graphics compatibility.

Already had direct X. Downloaded it. How do i update the graphic driver? Do i use direct x?

Tried it the normal way by going on the intel website but says there are no updates available!!!

it says the following.

"Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 DEMO has stopped working.

a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available."

what kinda computer do you have?? how old is it?

its a sony laptop. Not old. couple of months.

Its got intel core I5 with 4gb of RAM

Intel HD 3000 graphics.

Uninstall the demo then reinstall it again
Direct X you just double click its setup file..
If intel's website says you're uptodate , that's it for the graphic driver ...

But try un then re installing for now

Thanks for the help. But still wont work. Dont think its compatible for some reason.

Install it straight to C: or what ever your main Drive is. Also see if making XP compatible works

its saved in c: drive and tried all compatibility choices. still nothing. The intro video and everything plays. and soon as i press the button to start an exhibition it just closes.

might be a glitch in the download or the files... have you tried to dowload it again? you know anyone else whos having the same problem with the same download?

Have you tried installing to program files then ?

I have had games like Napoleon total war where it crashed in C: but worked fine in program files same goes for the opposite.

Also, Have tried changing the settings in the settings.exe ? Change them all as low as they can and untick any that are selected.

yes tried it sorry.

Just tried it with Jenkeys patch. The one with extra teams unlocked. Try loading exhibition and it doesnt work, just crashes straight away. (This was the same before the patch by the way) But for some reason the Copa Libertadores mode works!!!!

Weird.

Graphics quality is very poor though. But at least can play it a little now.
