Hello,
I have put together an option file for WE7I (US) that has the MLS, Mexican, and other concacaf league teams in it... the first version (it will be a continual work) is finally finished and can be downloaded here:

NOTE: This file is in the WE7I format, but this can be esily changed with some of the option file editors available out there (from what i've been told)... so if any of you PES3 players are interested in the file can simply convert it...
