Newcastle and Tottenham ARE licensed! Didn’t we tell you so?

Confirmation is awaited of Tottenham, but one thing is for sure is that Newcastle United will be appearing in full and official kits in PES 2008. In one of the trailers shown at Leipzig, Michael Owen (cover star for England alongside Cristiano Ronaldo) is seen in action in full Newcastle United home kit.
Meanwhile, it would appear Tottenham Hotspur is indeed the other licensed side (like we have said they would be all along!). In this screen capture, it would appear to Robbie Keane in Tottenham’s home kit.
Despite the video not being of great quality, Owen’s face looks marvellous.

well if they r includin spurs n newcastle, then they mite include other teams tht could b at th same lvl, like everton or bolton, cause im sure its easier 2 licence those sorts of teams rather than th big teams…or i could just b wrong and it will b th top 4 teams…

the fact these teams are the only ones with the official kits. arsenal had it for two seasons and they ain’t won anything and now spurs and newcastle are not as popular as the “top 4″

I support spurs so Im glad to see there inclusion but to be honest if the edit mode dont let me update the rest of the premier league then thats pretty shit. No point beating Chelsea if there in that bland blue strip. I want to see terry crying in all his glory so it doesnt feel like Ive just beaten a sunday league side. They will be the only 2 teams licensed as Pro Evo is aloud 10% of the premiership(2teams) obviously they have chosen those 2! a bit dissapointing but still gonna be an awesome game!
