Thanks to “2-Face” and “Miggy” in the forums for posting these scans from PSM3 Magazine. I’ve outlined a few points that you might find interesting.
The Magazine states:
“PES 2009 is the official game of Team England, allowing official kits and, better, a realistically rendered new Wembley.”
“Everything that was ‘broken’ in last years game is largely, if not entirely, fixed. Slowdown? Good as gone - in over ten games in multiple stadiums, we barely noticed it.”
“The weather’s dynamic too, so showers mutate into downpours as play progresses - with weather dependent on the country and stadium.”
“It’ll be possible to share Option Files online.”
“It’s still possible to streak pass multipls defenders.”
This is new:
You can now put the radar anywhere on the screen.
You can draw emblems from scratch.
There’s a range of licensed footwear.
You can now preview hairstyles from a menu.

Probably old news but I hear that Game have set the release date for the 17th October. (UK) If so then we’re only 47 days away from Gods resurrection and the coming of our saviour.
Till we get our hands in a demo we cant say anything.

how can we implement option files on x360? (also when you don’t go online..)
Looking forward 2 it, but need to know how many kits will we be able to edit (importing logos etc)? or is their even a limit?

Yo fellas…I’m new to xbox live. Does anyone know if they drop a demo on there usually? I see Fifa08 and Euro08 demos but no PES. Have they done it in the past?
Everyone knows Manchester doesn’t actually have Man U fans in! He must be from the south!
Lets not forget its gameplay rather than graphics that make a good game and the 360 version already has two years of development behind it so don’t count it out yet.

Dont listen to that idiot about better graphics. The PS3 and XBOX 360 have the same exact code….and the 360 version was the one that the game is developed on. Easier to develop on and thats why didnt have any slowdown last year as opposed to PS3 users. Although this year the PS 3 will run buttery smooth like the 360. SO it doesnt matter which system u get it on between the 360 and ps3. I have a 360 but one thing for the ps3 is that its easier to upload option files i think.
Would be interested to know if edit files will be available for 360 users.
You could use edit files in PES2008 on the 360, the only bug bear was the method of transferring from PC to 360. I believe you require something called Max Drive or similar.

Does anybody know if there will be a cutting tool on the edit mode? In fact, does anybody know of any1 who will do all the kits and crowd chants? I wanna start lookin for people that are planning to create optionfiles. When some1 makes an optionfile, do they hav 2 wait for the game to be released?

i think personally that there are a lot of people here who just cant take it that manchester united are the best! all this rubbish about being nothing without ronaldo…. if we win our game in hand then we are level with chelsea an liverpool on points? so i fail to see how we are nothing without ronaldo! we are still equal to teams such as chelsea and when we do get ronaldo back we can only get better! PS3 4 life / Shut Da Fuk Up / Souljah - You all seem like your 15. Learn how to spell, and souljah to say that a team is tired at the start of a new season is a pretty poor cover up considering they never looked like scoring against Zenit to begin with, let alone against Newcastle and Portsmouth.
Just making a correction I meant Shut da Fuk Up not souljah regarding the lame excuse to why Man Utd lost. Zenit deserved it they had there chances and took them - thats football.
