IWP Pro Evolution Soccer Playlist

Following a great deal of e-mails requesting copies of the IWP Playlist, I have decided to post a copy of it on the site, for people to see for themselves. The selection of songs range from well known artists and tracks to up and coming bands or less famous tunes and has been created with the help of the PESGaming.com community.
These tunes are designed to compliment your own choice of tracks, aswell as act as an alternative soundtrack to Pro Evolution Soccer 2009. The tracks are in no particular order.

The tracks add up to 2 hours of music that would fit nicely onto 2 Cds, which can then be imported onto PS3. If you use thumbnails for you PS3 music, feel free to use the IWP Logo as the icon for these tracks!
I had 40 of my own songs, all licensed kits, but then i couldnt install ps3 games, because the option file corrupted my ps3, so i had wipe everything, now im back to basics and cant be assed to rip the music all over again, and besides, i actually like some of the songs konami use
It’s true, Carl makes a good point, some of the tracks, especially on the BaL mode are actually not too bad, almost addictive! “They want a hero” still ringing in my head to be honest lol.
Desperately waiting for an OF on the 360 though!
good effort, most of the songs seem very ‘footbal’ish’ indeed :)
He’s a funny guy, he thinks people aren’t familiar with the posts of others, how articulate they are, whether they are outwardly racist or not etc. So I don’t know if he assumes that by purporting to be me or Simon McDermott, or anyone else for that matter, he’s actually fooling anyone into beleiving these are their real opinions?
Foolishness.
Onto the subject of the actual game, and little things in the Be a Legend mode are really annoying me. The fact that the opponent seems to only score when I’m in the defensive wall[that I have no control over being in or not] is starting to REALLY annoy me!
Post two isn’t the normal Ultimate, me, that normally posts on here. Those familiar with Triple k, Joe Kerr, whatever will know its him.

Does anyone know if its possible to have your choice of songs playing in the background as you play a match? Similar to if you had media player playing in the background while playing pes on your pc?

The Birdy Song? or pehaps you would prefer Crazy Frog? I think you should get a job as a DJ for 10 year old girls birthday partys.
Lol. That’s your opinion buddy. But i’m always open to listening to music of any genre as long as it sounds good. So since you sound like an expert why don’t you share some songs you would pick for a playlist Moe?

can’t believe Queens “we are the champions” isn’t on there.
I know it’s associated with ice hockey but it sounds cool used as a cup theme.
U2’s “Beautiful Day” sounds good too.
I Went into the edit mode to make some teams Hearts, Hibs, Birmingham etc. And when i went into team A team b and so on you cant change the players Nationality i think this is retarded if your making players for Hibs or whatever you want the right Nationalitys ffs does any one know why we cant change this when u could on pes 6 on ps2 its retarded any one agree.

For me any playlist you inport must have Queen - We will rock you, the theme from PES 2 or 3 i think! And Blur - Song 2, the Fifa 1998 theme. Possibly even U2 - a beautiful day. Just because these are the songs that make me think about football!!
Yes i agree,lets have football songs,we could have the anfield rap,Chaz and Dave’s “were all on our way to wembley” The England 70 squads “back home” Skinner and Badiels “three lions” and off course New Orders”world in motion”. Oh i almost forgot scotlands “dont come home too soon”

- Planet hell from Nightwish
- Robbie Williams: let me entertain you (though it was used way back in actua soccer 2 or 3 on ps1, nevertheless, great song
- and then some classic 80’s music such as: foreigner, wasp, crue, danger danger, alice cooper etc..
How about “you,ll never walk alone”. And the greatest ever Scotland songs “we have a dream” and “500 miles” . Englands best “vindaloo”.
been playing the master league and to notice that its still the same thing as last year! so now i stop playing it and now i jus play normal league my first season i came second in the league now i started the second year and notice they have put the offical champions league in which is good has anybody notice that!!

did you know that asia covers a massive part of the earth from indonesia to turkey and even the majority of russia. even iraq, cyprus, kazakhstan, india, yeman, sri lanka
so if anyone says there been racist towards asians basically there proberley not. most of them are sh-it at footie tho so thats why there are not many asian teams of pro evo.
In terms of football and politics Russia, Cyprus and Turkey are European not Asian. In terms of geography you are some what correct (Cyprus is European but Russia and Turkey have got land in the Asian continent)

I would suggest a soundtrack consisting of football songs, rubbish football songs (most are), or, rubbish songs sung by footballers (all are)!
Diamond Lights……… Get in!
For those who dont know, when you play in the league, not master league, if you finish high enough then in the next season the official champions league is added, so the license isnt completely wasted. Also songs in your playlist HAVE to be in mp3 format or it will not come up in the track editor. If you have an ipod then you can connect it to the ps3 and import the tracks off it & they will be in the correct format.
Off topic, but, can you now use created teams in the Master League?
Doesn’t this website enforce the copyright law on its members? Tell me if I’m wrong, but this seems quite hypocritical- file sharing mp3s to members for free?
Passthedutchie, I was taking the p*ss mate.To be honest im not bothered what music is on,i usually turn it off in the sound options anyway,im far more concerned about how it plays. Diamond lights was sh*te by the way,i remember waddle looking woodern on top of the pops but hoddle was getting right into it,like a young barry manalow.

i’m using the PC version(is it me or is it full of bugs?), my commentary dies half way..it’s like watching football live(not really a bad thing), and i cant find the MP3 section and i dont know where to place it(if there is any place to put it).
Man, i feel a bit cheated, dont buy pirated stuff, it’s like gambling, chances of you winning is slim..i think the disc i bought is faulty and crappy..i’m buying original after this.

Like Carl said on number 1. I’m hooked on the BaL soundtrack, it really gets me pumped for the next game. I always played PES with my own music on the background, this year I really have no issue with the music. Plus playing the UCL you get some nice tunes as well.
Some of the tracks are alright. But I chose songs that are in some way or another football related.

what an awful list of songs. cmon guys, sweet child of mine? seriously? how the hell do songs like that fit in pro evo? anything with a quick start would suffice, just pick your own songs. i picked stuff by editors, lcd soundsystem, the hives etc, because they all start with a bang. lets face it, how often are you gonna stick around on a menu long enough to hear more than 15 seconds of the song? fast pace and a good start is essential for songs (as it is in the actual game too!).
