Just a quick thank you to all of the Option File makers who spent countless hours working hard to take our enjoyment of PES 2009 to new levels and contributed immensely to the PESGaming.com community.
We look forward to more superb work from all of you soon and thoroughly appreciate your efforts!
Thanks Don! Believe it or not I actually get a kick out of editing though I’m sure every OF maker would agree I hate it when Konami makes an update and you are forced to re-edit things all over again!
Good Shout, i’ve downloaded some great option files. Well done to the effort people go to. Makes PES much more enjoyable.
Will there be a decent optionfile on day of release do you think? Is it still out on 23rd? Asda will do it for £27 again i’m sure!

To anyone who has played PES 2010…
CAN YOU SELECT THE CPU TEAM IN A CUP OR LEAGUE SO I CAN PLAY AGAINST MY FRIENDS IN A TOURNAMENT?
IF NOT, IS THERE A SIMULATE MATCH OPTION?
IF NOT, WHAT IS THE BLOODY POINT OF HAVING A CUSTOM LEAGUE/CUP IF YOU CAN’T CUSTOMISE ANYTHING.
although i only discovered this site about 2-3 months ago i didnt get a chance to post my OF on here. i agree with the others i enjoy editing more than playing if im honest and will go all out to produce an even better option file.

i got a mac, can i still download and do watever to the of so i can use it? help, iv tried to do it but had no luk with my ps3. But its still beter than fifa. the wii edition was really good also. Thanx for any hlp
I just hope they fix all the transfers before it hits the streets i ve seen sneijder in madrid i ve seen caceres in barcelona ive also seen negredo in madrid miguel torres in madrid gudjonsen in barcelona no no no just like last year

PES 2009 looked impressive thanks to all option files out there. I am hoping that there will be a great option file for PES 2010 as well, especially now that it seems to be possible to use the teams in “empty” league as well in the Master League.

I have an Xbox 360 and unfortunately there are not too many OF’s for it, or maybe I have missed them all?
Anyway I downloaded Daymos’ OF to try it out on PES 2009 as he said he is gonna do one for the new game. Heres hoping coz the one for the 2009 game was excellent.

Guys, last week PESFAN.com were allowing people to put there name down for a chance to test the PES 2010 online demo.
Yesterday at 4:00pm i had an email that i was chosen. Last night i downloaded the demo and played online.
Verdict: I experienced no lag, not even on 2 v 2, however a few of the guys i played against were complaining of lag and poor connection. Im pretty sure the demo was a mirror to the final version and game felt great to play, however it really hacks me off when some idiot disconnects and it is not so easy to play someone else, i guess that is because there was not many people testing it. I played people from scotland, france and spain.

No, you can´t take control of CPU-teams, nor can you simulate games (only in ML)
SHAME! almost a deal breaker for me
I NEVER EVER plat the game against CPU, only against friends

I have been also waiting EXACTLY for this BASIC setup in the game to change! We just want to enjoy playig the game with our friends and wish to be able to select the CPU-teams in a cup like CL o WC!!

Your are right. I think the main problem is 99% of everyone playing pes does it agianst the CPU.I would never do that, always play against friends.
It has nothing to do with programming of the actual game, they should correct it with an online update. Would take about 5 secs

Konami say they have been listening to the fans when making this new pes. But since people in general haven’t required this it has never been an issue for Konami.
I’m going to play a league with a friend next week, we have to play 380 games to finish one season!

Cant wait until release of this top football game next Fri. My only problem is where I should get it from. I pre-ordered it from shop to net, but with the postal strike I think I will just cancel it. So anyone know where I can get the game for a decent price?
I got the Von option File and it really improved everything so thanks for all your work guys. Looking forward to another this year!
Remi – no doubt Asda and/or tesco will have it on offer over the first weekend but they’ll sell out in the first hour or two so you’ll have to be up early doors! Ive ordered mine from play.com – htye usually send there stuff out about 3-4 days before release so hopefuly it”ll get here without too much delay!

I read earlier that someone was working on one already – purely an enquiry, no need to lose your head over it son.
Can someone please explain what those extra club team names mean that feature for the first time? who are they and why are they in? The players have eastern european sounding names. also there are 35 national teams with incorrect names, thats a hell of a lot of editing………….
boys, and maybe girls….do u think the pes 2009 option file would work on pes 2010?

I’ve seen great O F and I think we need a good O F for PES 2010 cause I saw that the transfers in the game are not up to date……………………….
I hope that Konami fixes that before the game hits the streets..

Hey ROckero Im in the US too but the game will actually be released on the 3rd…just wait man! its only less than 2 weeks away from euro release…anyhow and just totally curious…anyone here still plays to US version of pes 2008(PS2)????

Ahh I was so psyched about it I read it on ‘reliable’ gaming sites(US) anyway if u get the euro version of pes2010…wouldnt you be able to play online against american regioned players?

I,ve just read that microsofts next update will stop the use of none authorised hard drives on the xbox360. Does anyone know if this will have any effect on getting option files on to the xbox?

Debreceni vsc is in the champions ligaue, and in the game no debreceni vsc.
WHY??? Wisla KRakow, KAlmar is in and this game so this teams aren’t in the champions ligaue.

Yes big respect goes out to all OF makers especially the Muff with Von’s option file, I think it was the best for 09.
