PES 2010: New DLC Confirmed which updates team rosters, UEFA Champions League elements and kits Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has released details of the first free DLC content for the PLAYSTATION®3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD versions of PES 2010. A primer update is available to download now, and will ready the relevant hardware for the full DLC update which will be released on November 24th. The initial download will ensure that any PES 2010 Edit data the user has stored on their hardware will not be affected by future Konami DLC, while the November 24th data enhances a number of elements in the full game and also revises the club team rosters in line with those of all current transfers, all major transfers made after the game was completed will be rectified. Furthermore, four new teams will also be added to PES 2010’s UEFA Champions League mode, with Atletico Madrid, Olympiacos, Lyon and Fiorentina all added to the competition in their official Champions League kits. Similarly, the DLC will also update the home kit of the Japanese national team, which was recently changed. Konami is committed to releasing further updates for PES 2010 via DLC in the coming year, and is continuing to work with the PES community to see ways that the game can be improved via future content

Go to id.konami.net , enter their site and click on the pro evo 2010 link, from their choose your region, your system, and they will have detailed instructions for how to download the file.

What elements this isn’t new news unless they tell us what elements that are enhanced.
I hope game play is one of the anhancments they mentioned! It is the most important and most annoying atm!

Cool, quick question if someone can please help. I’m getting the game after the 24th and of course will be downloading and applying an option file (Rosh’s or WENB’s etc) – after my game has Konami’s update done, can I then just apply Rosh’s or WENb’s and it will work just as it would prior to Konami’s update ? Any conflict at all, or will Rosh / WENB have to make their files Konami-patch-friendly ? Thanks !
This update should have a boot update – ie the new predators replacing the old
new teams are all well and good, i can do that myself in the edit mode, what about the online rubbish, what about the blind referees and dodgy keepers, can they address these issues via dlc, i would like to think so, also how about some new stadiums with a variety of goalpost and nets, the ones we have now are rubbish.
Just so people won’t be disappointed with this new DLC, I guarantee it will not include any gameplay enhancements, i.e. Goalkeepers, Refs, Penalties etc. It will only be superficial elements as stated such as kits and rosters. Im no Knonami insider or expert but I’d bet my life on it.
i doubt it myself but if posts on this site are supposed to somehow reach the guys at konami then there is no reason why the dlc people really want shouldnt be with us sooner rather later.

okay xbox 360 online play – why when you have a green connection and opposition has red do they say vice versa? i have been messaging all the players i have who I see them as a red connection and they say that they have green and i have red. WHAT THE FUHK IS THIS ABOUT???!?!?!?
Arnookibeast ,I am in total agreement with you with reference to adressing the gameplay.You can have have all the updates you like ,but if the gameplay is ****e,online is rubbish,then what is the point.Like many have said on here ,it is like polishing a turd,but it will still be a turd.Broken promises once again about the online aspect of the game .The previous download did nothing to adddress this.Certain teams/players are still favoured in this game ,they have once again made tackle resistant players,which is the most stupid thing i have ever seen ,it spoils the whole game even further.I do not give a toss for all this dowloaded nonsense ,as long as does not adress thje gameplay issues,then it is useless as far as i am concerned
I think the only remaining people playing this game are the old hardcore pes players , and probably the last people who are giving a last chance to Konami this year.
Unfortunately , if they don’t quickly fix some delirious gameplay bugs like blind referees and drunk GKeepers with a major update , even those last players will totally abondon PES.
It took them 3 months to release a roaster update that is elementary , I think we have the answer about their update skills

Totally agree. These Updates are pointless until Konami do something to sort out the mess they call PES 2010.
FIFA with all its bugs is still a far more playable game and FIFA online is nearly flawless and shows what a balls up Konami have made with their online over the last 3 years!

I do agree with Steve67, Footymad,Arnookibeast and the thousands of unhappy pes fans, the game play should be a TOP priority! Period! We have always chose pes over fifa due to game play yet lately it seems fifa is the one winning when it comes to gameplay!
Please please please (with sugar on top) fix the broken game called pes 2010 (refs,keepers and the damn button delay!)
Most other games when they come out and find out there are bugs, usually the first download is a patch to fix any issues .. NOT a Japan kit!! What is wrong with you PES??!!!
If game play issues are not fixed, the few remaining die hard faithfull will do the unthinkable and switch camps! Plzzzzzzz .. fix it!
@23, well said mate, having said that i still think pes whips the spotty, boney ass of fifa, the online is messed up big time, at least here in the uk, as for the new japan kit, whoopie doo, i cant wait to download it and play as japan, its what ive been waiting for, give me a break seabass, do you think anyone in the uk plays as japan, and if they do then do you think they cant edit the kit themselves, sort the gameplay problems out 1st, as i have said previously, (imho) this is the best pes yet, but the faults are the most simple of problems to eradicate, refs, keepers etc, im getting sick of posting on here, my missus is calling me sad, i think she might be right, my god, what have i become.

You guys want those little things in pes, you should care about the gameplay, don’t you think? For example, Seabass produce the whole game “gameplay” and then he said “here is the game, so now its up to you how you want to edit it” Iam a Pes lover for life and not even for a mine of gold I am going to stop playing this beautiful game. If we are going to do the game development for seabass then we should get a piece of teh revenue! You can only edit the cosmetics in game (kits,faces,turfs) but actually game play is only done by the actual developers. How hrd i it to fix the button delay or the refs or some of the other annoying issues. Every year we buy the new PES hoping it will be a true PES yet be dissapointed and wait for the following year.
Every year, FIFA gets better and better and eat in to the market share of PES (what is left of it) in a couple of years, JAPAN will be the only market left for PES!

the new upddates take what wasa reasonably playable game and turned it into a boring waste of time and no where near as good as fifa. It looks pretty but the new updates make the game dull

Can somebody help me? In the online play, i see every player in the room with red connection, and they see me green always. I have friends who has lower connection speeds than mine. They dont have these kind of problems, and play lagless. Is it a ping problem.
I use wired connection, and I turn off my pc and everything that uses the net.
