Is the media biased against PES, in favour of FIFA, as suggested by Jon Murphy?
I personally think that the media enjoy a very rosy relationship with EA, which is reflected in game scores.

I think because of the exposure FIFA has, it has made PES the dark horse. In actual fact FIFA was always the underdog.
The reason FIFA is favoured by the media is because they didn’t drop the ball like PES has!
I don’t believe FIFA is worth the rating given to it, I think many people overlook FIFA faults due to the licensing it has, were as PES gets slated in the gameplay aspect a lot more.
I mean does anyone not notice the pace of FIFA’s gameplay is not really realistic, even on slow!

I think FIFA is always over-rated and over-hyped. The only reason people take notice of it is because of the licences, and the media coverage of it. I bought FIFA and PES to compare it for myself and see which I think is better. Whilst FIFA is ahead of PES in terms of licences and commentary, the gameplay of PES is much better. The build up play in PES is more fluid allowing you to string passes together and play the passing game which is rubbish in FIFA, in my opinion. PES has had problems with online gameplay in the past but this time I think they have improved it. People say there are no problems with FIFA’s online gameplay, infact it is totally the opposite. I’ve experienced lag, connection time outs and the server crashing.
It’s fair to say, neither game is perfect. But to slate PES for every minor fault is unfair.
PES Gaming used to be the place to come to for news etc on our beloved game.
You go on any PES related website on the net today and they are bursting with information, articles and reviews about the soon to be released PES13.
Just take a step back, read your last post and actually ask yourself who the hell gives a rats left testicle whether or not the media favours EA more then Konami? Seriously, who cares and for that matter what purpose do the results of such an opinion poll serve?

Pes 12 should of been banned from being release, it not fit 4 purpose, 1 out of 10 4 trying those.
EA can probably spend much more money on the marketing of their game but to say that the media is biased against PES? I really don’t think so in fact I would have been more convinced that the opposite was true as every year there PES got great write ups even though certain years the game was far from great.
I think it’s time to forget the excuses and get on with making their own game better

Who are you when you’re at home?
To play pes correctly it takes times to learn i spent ages moving from div 5 to 3 in MLO now after 6 months or so i’m starting to understand gamesplay i’ve been in div 1 for a few weeks, learning all the time, at 1 point i threw pes at the wall the disc didn’t break, a few weeks later i picked it up and started again (also updates have improved gameplay vastley). i keep buying fifa but it gets boring after a while its just not the same.

Is the media biased against pes,That has to be one of the dunbest statements iv read on this site and theres been a few,have you forgotten about 2008 when pes got marks of 9 and up.The only peoples opinions I listen to are the hardcore pes players not wenb or any of the other websites living off pas s past experiences
Lads a lot of people played fifa because of the licences!! and basically fifa have an iron grip on them
