The new Konami Data Pack 4.00 is now available for PS3.
This new update includes all the transfers from the latest transfer window as well as 8 new pairs of boots.
Xbox and PC data packs if not already available should be soon. This update is only a data pack and there is no new patch, so this means gameplay will not be altered after downloading this which is either a positive or negative depending on your views of this years game.

The new pack has totally ruined the game . Defences are back to non existent ball dynamics and AI are terrible . Passing and cursor changesto the wrong players. Thanksfor nothing KONAMI
@FOOTIE MAD must be your imagination, as I said in my post this is just a data pack, it makes no changes to gameplay. You must be having one of those days where everything goes wrong.
No paul . The game dynamics have changed. They have made a few tweaks and it now plays totally differently. Alit of space now at the back,yhe ball pinging around everywhere and the pass accuracy and shooting also diminished. A total balls up .
Paul is right. It is just a data pack, not a patch. It’s like saying that you washed your car and now it drives faster.
No. You washed your car and discovered the paintwork is rusty. It has changed I tell you. And for the worst . Online is totally destroyed. That is what Im saying . I dont know if you play online but its plain to see. Almost everytime the do maintanance the game changes. Uts 2013 and still no decent online. No decent footie game either. This is the best of the bad
I take my word back, and totally agree with Footie Mad. After intensive gaming, its blatantly obvious that there is a difference. I have been playing with the same team for ages, and now its like I dont know the players.
And before you all say its just a patch, let me remind you that 2 posts above i had said the same as you. I dont know how they managed it, but it there is a change in the way my team behaves, and i do not like it.

As kubi_kz says its like I don’t know the players, they know longer play as a team its just not the same.
I thought it was just me going completely mad. Im glad ,but not,that others are experiencing the same thing. I have not being adble to win since the change. Blatant cheating. Computer assisting the other club . If you have less points than your opponent its an uphill struggle no matter how well you play. Im losing faith and spirit. Thank god for Tomb aider

This is true… I made a post about this… They totally changed the game play. My 1st game online after the update I lost 8-5 !!! I couldn’t believe my eyes as the goals kept raining in. Keep in mind I average 2 goals and 0.9 goals against and have an online rating of roughly 700. They made the game way too arcadish, too fast and like someone above mentioned, the defenses are a complete joke, too much space and the curser change is not responsive enough to close down anything on defense…. What have you done Konami? The game was FINE!
I guess I’ll have to stop playing online until this is fixed… it just bothers me to play such an arcadish game with no strategy…. thats what its like now.
I posted about this too. I still think it might be due to the servers acting up. I’m hoping at least. Game is playing totally differently now. No control whatsoever. Defense is non-existent and asaresult of that score lines are too high. Just check the scores of the games people are playing in the lobbies and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Youre all fekin deluded, its a transfer update with a few new footy boots thrown in!!!! no change to gameplay other than a few stats ammended for some players, ffs get a life an stop moaning, its a fekin game for cryin out loud!!!
Billy may be right, the more I play the more it seems that the changes may be due to the player updates. For example Real Madrid whom I play against 99.99999999999999% of the time online have been vastly improved, they now have As accross the board. Maybe thier improvement is creating the poor defending. I’m learning to adjust to their new found superpowers LOL @Billy you could be a bit nicer in your comment though …. :-)
Even if Reals players may have improved, my players should not be retarded. It was all fine before the data pack.
yes young dieci your correct about the fact that i could be nicer but whats the point… this is a web site designed for pes players yet all i ever hear about is people slagging the game off!!! even nuggets who run this site like dougiedonut dont stop whinging about the game (most prob cos they get stuffed on a regular basis whilst playing on line) but blaming the game and its glitches to be at fault… well all i can say is that its a game to be played and enjoyed and i for one think its a “right bloody marvelous” game, in the voice of alan partridge.
