    Bring back Seabass.
    Seems like tackling been brought back this year.
    Golies look awful again, I saved that at 4.26.

    I did write about this in the last post so I thought I may aswell just repeat myself and utilise copy and. Paste lol……….
    Straight away I’m noticing from the footage the people in the stands ..OMG! its exactly the same again :o cardboard cut outs of the same few characters.. I paused it near the end around 4.24 in and we have red striped shirt guy, arms folded guy with blue and white shoulders, black jacket guy, white t-shirt guy and they are basically scattered across everywhere. Where are the people with scarfs, the mexican waves, the WOMEN fans? Where is the realism? Where is the budget for this game going???
    Yep ‘Talk is Cheap’….. much like the work you put into your stands Konami???? What am I saying… they put no work or money obviously into the crowds. It looks like the same game again and unless they blow me away with a new improved Master League (which I doubt looking at this), for the first time ever I will not be buying this game…..

  4. vierinha says:

    looks very good to me.
    Deft dribling looks awesome and responsive.
    keepers with new animations at last.
    i particularly liked the movements of the offensive players near the box, shielding the ball.
    looks really realistic.
    It’s 1 of june and we hear about a demo? so early? that would be perfect with the EURO nearing.

  5. Roberto says:

    Same old crappy nets which are so stiff and unrealistic,where is the net editor we were promised from last year?

  6. ability says:

    its not that bad compare to madden NFL

  7. Matteuws says:

    No Comment. Talk is cheap … waiting for the demo.

    This past while I have been reading various articles saying that FIFA creators were really worried about Konami’s addition this year suggesting that PES had evolved in some way or that Konami have really stepped it up this was also compounded by other sites reporting that PES 2013 is a game to watch out for, I was slightly excited! but now I have come to the realisation that the only reason FIFA are worried is because they got their game right last year and have even less changes or improvements made then Konami’s this year blowing the whole optimistic idea that Konami have done something significantly different out the window for me. This trailer has completely buried those ideas
    Also I don’t like Seabass however is exit from PES2013, if what is believed is correct and he’s off working on the next gen console version of PES, rings badly for me not only does it indicate that they have more or less given up on these console versions but also they are sending SEABASS to the future development??..Yes Seabass…the guy who knows exactly what we the fans want?? The guy who done so well advancing the game up unto the PS3?? I’m …I’m just in shock!
    And before anyone says it I know I’m pre-judging a little as I haven’t played any demo yet but Jesus its looking bad and quite frankly Konami have lost any rights to our loyalty.
    On a separate note but I guess connected too….. You would imagine that competition between two game developers would be great for us, the sport game genre itself and the future of game developing however quite the opposite has happened I think both EA and Konami are holding back almost in unison throwing us bones and taking turns when it comes to the throwing. I reckon either one could vastly improve their game yet its like they have four or five year plans where they gradually and annually add the changes/improvements slowly.

    I agree, spot on mate…

    How is it possible to have an entire year and come up with so little? Its not like they are recreating the game from scratch every year.

    There must be a motive, its the hype I guess, building up the game each and every year to be the best thing since sliced bread…and then deliver to us the anti christ.

  10. Edgars says:

    I hope that KL Sports will make a footy game soon, otherwise… :(

  11. GEE says:

    @Lucifer

    Agreed completely. That is all.

    @denisBergkamp10
    I just don’t understand Konami anymore as you are right in what you say it’s not like they are building a game from scratch that you see other game developers doing with different games…. It’s almost like they just want to add the bare minimum that can be passed off as a new game

    @Edgars
    Are KL Sports thinking of making a soccer game? I’ve been trying to find other games other than the PES, FIFA or Championship manager type ones or even those in early development……it was quite depressing to find nothing other than a facebook game ‘I am Playr’ We need more developers coming in taking this type of game into a different direction….perhaps even shake the other two big boys up

    @GEE
    If only Konami were listening to us
