All this talk of editing and boots etc.

Hi there, i am new to this whole forum thing but just a passing comment i thought that i would make... A large majority of members/posters on this site seem to be overly concerned at the editing features and how they can get the new game to include all the latest boots, strips and equipment

My view is who cares.... so what if Gerrard has his Predators on, who cares if the colour of that buckteethed brazillian jessie's boots are wrong. And who would give a toot if it was back to the good old days of old firm blue etc. At the end of the day... this is PES, a game which i have played on the ps2 since day one, i now own a 360, and cannot wait til tomorrow!!! It is the football game that Fifa wishes that it could be, if games could turn green with envy im sure they would.

If all you are intrested in is the latest adidas boots, then go and buy fifa. The true PES fans will be out on payday tomorrow buying the latest installment of the greatest footbal game ever that got the status and respect that its so greatly deserves by the gameplay!!

Simply to make that comment, the players are just as bad as you lot, changing there boots every week. Enjoy colouring your boots in just play the game mate, changing the names of clubs ok i can see that, but boots etc. away and shite, thats just petty. what colour will you wear when u get ur face scanned in?? enjoy that too.

it's called realism you idiot, it's not realistic if the team have a plain strip on with no sponsor is it? It's not realistic if 90% of the players have plain black boots on, it's not realistic if the stadia are made up and look nothing like the real ones.

If you don't like it, fuck off and play the game, you don't need to be on this forum. Other people enjoy making the game realistic, graphic design is a hobby for a lot and making kits and boots gives a chance to practice.

enjoy it then. im glad u can make a hobby out of it. i just think there is a lot of whinning on this forum, instead of praise. But If that makes it more realistic in your eyes and other peoples then go ahead. its just not good when u come on the net all excited about tomorrows release and it is all negative. thanks

Look at it this way...
on PS2 there were MANY different available kit templates/badge editing slots/boot creation options etc.

Now... we're supposed to be on the next gen, yet in PES6 they never had an editor, now we have one which still has many features missing!

It's as though they're leaving a lot of stuff out on purpose so that mugs like us go out and buy it again next year hoping they'll include it!

i hear you gun but still is good tho mate, the stuff going on in the industry is shocking mate i kno for a fact they have technology that is so far out they do puropsly leave shit out.

is it true that there are only 8 slots for logos?

yeh it's got a few, but they're awful, very low-res and the colours are far too bright.

hmmm... a bit like the adboards on PES 2008, I just noticed there how blurry they are in game and I don't know why!

download my pes6 file and tell me its not better than the default file,we edit everything in the game because without the editing the game is a disgrace!!!!
