What Would You Like To See In PES 2010?

So, PES 2009 is only 21 days away! And I'm not that fussed to be honest. Only a few things get me excited, like the Champions League Mode and Become a Legend. Maybe, when I play the game I will be like yeah man, this is the Shi-atsu, maybe then, I will notice the gameplay tweaks, the improved graphics and adore the ability to import my own music for the menus and not that mumbo jumbo. This might seem a bit wierd and you're probably thinking, the game isn't even out yet why is he talking about the next one!?

But what I want, is a proper PES game with some of the features of old PES games, in 2010. And maybe even some truly new ones like:

  • The abilty to edit anything you want, like a hairstyle for example, you could be a top draw stylist and you want it to be perfect, you should be able to style it yourself and not pick default haristyles. (But they should still be in the game too)
  • Random Selection Mode
  • Challenge Training!
  • Different Types of Font
  • Licensed Music
  • Extra Leagues and Teams
  • Extra Licensing
  • More Animations
  • Better Commetary
  • Voice Chat for Online Play
  • NO LAG!
  • Better A.I.
  • Maybe The Crowd Could Be Improved
  • Dynamic Weather (Weather changes as game goes on) I think that's in 2009, but if it isn't put that in
  • Attributes that actually represent the players ability in real life for example, Ashley Young of Aston Villa = Under rated

One last thing that bugged me was, when your opposition went around your keeper, your defender would just stop, so you couldn't get to the line in time if the ball was trickeling along. That was annoying.

Well, enough of my thoughts. There are many more things I would like to say, that I would like to see in the 2010. Let's hope a Konami representitive sees this thread and reports back to Seabass.

So, What would you like to see in PES 2010?

Plus, What do you think you will like in PES 2009?

Wait Here, Gone for Help
How about we wait and judge the new game before we make a thread on what improvements we want.

If I could close this thread, I would.

these things i would love to see. the challenge training was so addictive, i loved it! plus voice chat is essential. it should be put into PES2009 because if there is 2 vs 2 online then how would you tell your partner to do something i.e. run dwn the line, play the through ball now, etc. voice chat is a must

I know it's too early, but from the videos I've seen looks alot like the last one to me.

a lot of slots for kit emblems, logos, etc! This is next-gen, im sure hard drives have enough space for a lot of these. Besides, there should be slots for creating more leagues..even if theyre empty,,,this would allow for OF makers to create more leagues, not the usual replacing of the Eredivise and other leagues A

The only thing I'll comment on at this point is I would want a COMPLETE graphical overhaul. Look at games like NBA 2K9, NHL 09, Madden 09, Killzone, LBP, and any racing game in the world you'll find graphics that are far superior to that of PES 2009 (and FIFA 09 as well, for the most part).

Konami need to get their thumbs out because we've seen what the company as a whole can do in games like MGS4. They need to get some of those guys on the PES 2010 team if it's gonna get good press.

That's a good idea actually, why can't we add as many leagues as we want. And for fuck sakes Konami, make the number of slots we can use for kits/emblems/logos etc. a 1000 or something, it was just plain stupid that we were allowed only enough space to be able to import 8 jpeg type kits.

yeah it's a bit premature to start talking about PES10, we don't even know what will be in PES09. We can just as well start a thread talking about PES2015, it's utterly pointless.

Jesus! we havnt even got PES 09 yet!

I have always wanted it more in depth with little things like managers etc on the sidelines! 4th officials, more atmostphere! half the time u can't hear the crowd! like in italian matches for the stadium to look misty because of the flares things like this! I personally want the kits to move more look wet in the rain! get muddy, hang out when pulled on, and have a better trophy ceremony when u win trophies! thou I do think these issues wouldnt happen if the developers where british and really was passionate about football! (what I mean when I say british is that I don't think japanese fans see football the way we do and wouldnt see what the game needed).
