[PS2] & [PSP] JoeH's PES 2009 Option File V4.1 - Now with Bin/Cue!

This is my Version 4.1

This is a base on Smoki's great V2.5 Option File.

New in this file is:

-Added Reading, Sheffield United, Preston North End and Al-Ahly.
-Replacing many Eredivise teams.
-All transfers complete for all leagues as far as I'm aware.
-More special hairstyles.
-New Kits.
-More created and missing players.
-Some squad numbers fixed.
-More ML realism with more players demanding higher transfer fees and salaries.
-Some International teams updated with new players etc.

And more...

The things I have edited as a continuation of Smoki's OF are:

-More special hairstyles than any other PS2 option file. Such as Robinho longer on top than around the sides, Pienaar/R. Gardner dreadlocks and much, much more.

-Great stats update so you can enjoy the here and now, as well as the master league experience.

-Revised PL names, so they are shorter. (e.g. Cesc Fabregas is now Fabregas etc.)

-Revised many commentary call names.

-Revised team names to make them shorter. Don't see the point in lengthy team names, so now (e.g.) Glasgow Celtic is now Celtic etc.

-Completely revised the boots so they go with my old OF.

-Shop fully unlocked, including on PSP version.

-Fully updated all 20 PL teams complete with new players, full physique/face/accessories updates as well as stats revamp for realism. Still a work in progress though.

-More high quality emblems. Replaced Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and more.

-Revised stadium, league and cup names.

-Re-assigned loads of stadiums for teams for realism. This is for all leagues.

-Completed appearences for Middlesbrough and Everton.

-PSP File.

But i still having a question about Arsenal kit wich smoki didn't answer, with the current templates is not posibble to make the real shirt, my questions is if it's posible to implement the white bands on the shoulders with the same method that it is implemented the publicity of emirates?¿

One more think i notice that you worked a lot in the stats and you made many changes, i am a user and i take part in a forum about stats where we take discussions, it's pesstatsdatabase.com, here you can find accurate stats for every player. Also your OF will be welcomed by the site users if you decide to use the stats in your OF.

V2.9 Now Complete and Released.

New in this file is:

-Completed stats and appearences for Newcastle United and Hull City.
-Even more special hairstyles.
-Added more missing players, such as Tom Soares and Michael Tonge at Stoke etc.
-New emblems for Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Leeds United and Recreativo.
-Updated transfers such as Jay Simpson going on loan to West Bromich Albion and Zigic joining Santander on loan.
-Revised many stats
-Shop unlocked on PSP version.
-Toned down the colour of home kits for Chelsea, Everton and Wigan Athletic so they don't take your eyes out.

Not sure what you mean with the Arsenal home kit. I know the correct kit isn't possible, but not sure what your getting at with the emirates part.

Joe, can u please give me a hand. I just got a US PSP and PES 2009. Can you eithier give me a step by step how to upload ur OF or give me a link to where there is one? Or is it even possible to use your OF on a US PSP? If not are there any US OF's for PSP that u know of? Thanks a lot man I appreciate it.

Re: US PSP Option File.

I know Smoki has a US version despite being on the English version. He also has it on PSP so look for Ultimate Master League Option File.

Then go on the download link, look for the US PSP version, download it to your desktop, then right click it and unzip it with something like ALZip.

Then extract the folder starting with a U but has a really long name. Don't re-name it or anything just copy that to your PSP save data folder once that is connected to your PC with a USB lead.

And that's it.

-All new transfers such as Wayne Bridge, Ben Sahar, Mancienne and more.
-New emblem for Hull City.
-Revised many stats.
-Updated many National Team squads.

To do for next release: Complete Liverpool and West Bromich Albion stats and appearences so that the England League is 100% complete.

Not too sure about North American version although it can be done, because Smoki has an American version available.

I'll have to ask him about it.

In the process of adding a ton of new special hairstyles, in my opinion, the Premier League is perfect once Liverpool and WBA are complete.

-Added a ton of new special hairstyles, this includes some outside of the
England League.
-Revised many stats.
