Championship OF Update

Looks good mate, Very impressed. Although if that is face data 001 it would mess my faces up as I have different player faces in those slots. Oh well I'll have to do a few again, which is nothing really when compared to the hours you have put in doing all the stats and player details.

I really hope modern Warfare 2 doesn't come today I'd much rather have a day on PES master league with the championship teams.

this looks awsome cant wait, to get this, definatetly gonna be the best championship op file around. just hope the konami update on thursday doesnt muck the file up too much.

It was only a test mate, I may save 2 OF's, one with, and one without the saved faces.

I'm having a little trouble. When I created all the teams, I created players I knew were already in the game, just to keep me on track (As you can see by that Alan Smith picture) Gutierrez is in the side, but it shows him as a CF, because I was going to remove it anyway, and add the real Gutierrez from the Argentina team.

But this is where the problem is. When I register him with the team. (Or any other player from a National side) They don't show up in the "Game Plan" Lineup at the kick off screen. WTF?!

Really looking forward to this, dude. I've barely played PES because I've been waiting for a Championship option-file.

Couple of questions.

Have you done all the major transfers? For example, when you start the game, Snjeider is still at Real.

Have you edited all the fake national teams?

And have you had a chance to test out the ML with one of the championship teams? I was wondering if they all started with the same budget or something.

I can obviously do the first two by myself, so it's no biggie, I was just wondering.

Whats the situation on the OF mate? any luck with finding the players in 'line up'? I cant figure why this is the case, when i did the same using raineys OF as the base it was fine. Have you tried taking the duplicated player out of the team then adding them from national team?

Yeah mate, I got the "Gutierrez" situation sorted. No idea what happened, but when I turned my PS3 off, and came back to it later, it seemed fine.

But now a few hours ago, somebody posted a list of all the Championship players in the game, and it seems I've missed more than I thought. So I don't want duplicates playing in the same Master League.

So I apologise for the delay. I know I said it would be ready today. But I'm busy sorting out these "duplicates". Also the kit's... I'm still contemplating just leaving it as the formula, and then allowing people to import Jack's when he makes them. As I think most people would agree that his are of the best quality.

So yeah, I'd rather release a decent OF, instead of rushing it now, for the sake of it.

which base OF did you base the EPL on?
Rosh or WENB

Glad you got that sorted out. Duplicates would be horrible in master league and i totally agree that making a thorough quality OF is better than rushing. Jacks kits are the best so I think it'd be best to leave them without pngs for the time being. People could still start their master league as the visuals are not affected by saved master league. MW2 and Championship OF in one week wow. maybe even the same day ;-)

Lol, I hope it was worth it, I mean, I believe I've pretty much got the stats nailed for all players. You can definetly see the difference in class when using Man U against Watford for example. But if people are not happy with them, then atleast they have a great base to edit them from.

Nice to see you agree with me holding it off til I get the quality right. I did'nt want to let anybody down by delaying it!

About your face saves. I think I might just release a face pack, and take requests, and allow people to import them themselves, I can pretty much nail the colours to blend them in. So I can easily post up formula's of the head sizes/ jaw for example.

The OF I have written over was the first ever OF posted on these forums, sorry I can't remember who it was, but they said they pretty much rushed it to get it out right for release. I have to say, the kit's were pretty rough. But they've been edited with Jack's. I believe whoever made it did rename the National's. To be honest, I have'nt paid much attention, as my main objective was to sort out the English teams before anything. (I would have had a look through, and try to sort as much as I can, but that would delay it even more.)

I have'nt had time to try ML either, so I have no idea about that Q, sorry.

Can you just add the championship teams kits to your PS3 or do you need to rewrite over all of the national and EPL teams??

you have to copy everything, takes about 15 - 20 mins

I thought that might be the case - I'm using the WENB file as I believe that this is a better quality than Rosh's, no disrespect meant!!

I have downloaded a previous OF and done my own Sunday League team I play for, not realising anyone was doing Championship Teams. So would my team be wiped off if I downloaded the file?

Yes it would mate, the edit data you have created is on the edit data save file and that will be replace with this new championship OF.

Whisper, may as wait till thursday to release the file now if there is an update just incase it messes anything up. Cant wait for it btw.

Yeah mate, I read on WENB, that it will reset all registered players! If thats the case, and it wipes all my created players, they've got to be having a laugh. This game relies heavily on the editing mode. Then for them to release patches that they know will reset peoples hard work, is just taking the piss.

On another note, I've removed all the players I created that were already in National sides, etc, and registered the ones already in the game, to their squads. Which was annoying, because it meant going through all the teams and setting their squad numbers/formations again.

I'm chomping at the bit for this now!

Hope the update doesn't affect all your hard work!!!!

Whisper020 you my man are legend!! My housemates and I are looking foreward to this big time. I'm a wednesday fan in a house full of Sheff U fans so I cant wait to get the Sheffield derby up and running on Pro Evo!

Just want to say a massive thanks for doing this, it will be very much appreciated by many.

One question, are you doing appearances of the players or will they all be the generic coneheads?

i think the update will reset registration but not reset data, so all the created players will still be there but you will have to register them to there teams.
