BTW: Does anyone know how many KIT Designs can be saved in this years PES ? Emblems are only fourty! 18 for Bundesliga, 18 for EPL (Manu and Liverpool are already included) and I gues you need 7 for Liga BBVA. This would make 43 Emblems Slot necessary.

Anyone found a way around that ?

200 uniform slots 40 emblems, no way around, you could use the bundesliga emblem for all Liga B teams as alternative!

yes I saw the new 96 png, but you were right, it´s a good spot to save one slot.

I propose that you do something new instead of just resizing and redoing your old stuff. So please concentrate on giving out new pngs for more national and club teams. You´re the best kit-maker around, so go on with the show, mate:) Formulae are for nerds, you´re an artist.

please just 1 png fits for Home, Away & GK! :D

Makes it easier for me I can take an educated guess for layout using previous templates, then just whack them up and if they need changing I can just re-edit and re-post. Think that's the way forward for now :happy:

Idea for Uniform/Emblem limit

Has anyone tried putting 2 uniform files next to each other and in the game moved the image to only show 1? I imagine it would work also for emblems, that way we'd have more options.

I haven't tested it myself as I just thought of it now in a break from work! :p

that's interesting :) but I think it won't work, since the game reads an uniform as the way the picture is centered, and not as the file it comes from.
besides, it would mean people would have to resize the graphics instead of only pushing it up or down, and that could lead to some strange final art.

on another topic, I'm thinking about helping Jack out. I'm planning on making the kits for the 8 missing La Liga teams. my only problem is the Getafe kit, I don't think it's possible to make an exact replica of the real kit, since the markings are not only in the front of the shirt but also on the bit between the neck and the shoulder.
can anyone help out on that one?

Seconding this...trying to do it myself and struggling. I badly need help from a pro like Jack ;)

Also I discovered the multiple image thing by accident and wondered if it couldn't lead to some more detailed kits. Then I realized if you were going to combine layers in-game why not just do it in Photoshop? I don't think there's any advantage to the former but if anyone knows of one...

I just open a thread with La Liga PNG's. In a few days I'll be adding the PNG's for the missing CL teams.

All PNG's are at same template size as Jack's one and their all with good quality.

How light or how dark can you go in Photoshop/etc before you exceed PES's palette range? Extreme colors don't work, like all white/black/red/etc as PES's colors don't seem to either go that dark or that light.

ps: I realize my idea wouldn't work as you still would need to save the image to a slot :(. For people asking for "formulas", I suggest opening the image on the computer and juxtaposing it on a kit that is already the correct length. Instead of editing just the chest area on shirts that don't need more detail, I keep the same size so it saves me the hassle of moving the textures by eye.

Jack,

I am not trying to be picky, but:




Letters and Numbers on the Schalke GK Kit aren´t white as your excel tells in fact they are blue!

And:



Schalke 3rd Kit Numbers and Letters aren´t blue.

You may want to fix this with the next update.
