Nice little thread, can always be updated too as people try new things. Here is one I use quite regularly as it seems to work for me:

Killstreak Rewards: Care Package (4 kills), Harrier Strike (7 kills), Chopper Gunner (11 kills)

I often switch my killstreak rewards around mind depending upon map of course if I have enough time.

I fill up each of the slots with custom classes.

These are called Soldier, Shield, Sniper, Recon and Heavy. The names should be pretty explanatory of what they each are designed for. (Recon is the little fast guy with the silenced SMG that is good for use in S&D and the other game types)

I switch around the perks quite a lot, but the equipment usually stays the same, untill i've mastered a weapon.

I'll give the details on the other classes another time, but this is my loadout for the 'Soldier' class;

Primary Weapon: Famas with FMJ and Holographic sight.
Secondary Weapon: AA12 shotgun.
Equipment: Semtex and Stun Grenades.
Perks: Bling, Hardline Pro and Steady Aim Pro.
Death Streak: Painkiller
Killstreak Rewards: UAV (3 kills), Counter UAV (4 kills) and Emergency Airdrop (8 kills). The emergency airdrop i've only just switched to.

Yeah, its shite though, obviously only for snipers.

I think in general, the perks are quite shit. They should have made them harder to access, and made them better.

I'm not a sniper, so have no use whatsoever for steady aim pro, but I use it for the extra hip fire accuracy.

Anyone tell me what Bling Pro does?

the Scar is my favourite weapon, i have bing on the go so i can have the scope and granade launcher at the same time. I get so many easy kills with that thing

killstreak requires 1 less kill, thats very handy for getting rewards

i have unlocked a cool deathstreak in that after 4 kills, my wee guy drops a nade - again, alotta easy kills

Pro Ability: Swaps classes even faster.

Perk Slot 2
Stopping Power | Stopping Power Pro
Stopping Power Perk Ability: Increased bullet damage.

Pro Ability: This allows you to use your equipment too, for example, frag grenades and throwing knives.

50!

115 and Counting...
Primary Weapon: UMP45 (+ FMJ)
Secondary Weapon: TMP (+ Red Dot Sight)
Equipment: Frag, Flashbangs
Perks: Scavenger Pro, Cold Blooded Pro, Ninja Pro
Death Streak: Martyrdom

Killstreak Rewards: UAV (3 kills), Care Package (4 kills), Harrier (7 kills)

On bigger levels its the exact same only with a Scar-H and Red Dot Sight.

Its pretty much designed to deal with my overall shiteness, the UMP + FMJ has the highest damage although I've done all the challenges for the gun except headshots so I'm using the P90 until I prestige up. The Cold Blooded and Ninja because of my ridiculously slow reaction time to anything and the Scavenger Pro for extra magazines because of my terrible accuracy. The low killstreak rewards because I rarely ever get more than a 7 killstreak.

Primary Weapon: M16 (Blue Tiger/Red Dot Sight/Extended Mags)
Secondary Weapon: M9 or TMP
Equipment: Semtex, Stun Grenade x 2
Perks: Bling Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Steady Aim Pro
Death Streak: Final Stand

Killstreak Rewards: Care Package (4 kills), Harrier (7 kills), Chopper Gunner (11kills)

i usually swap harrier strike for attack heli (7kills) or AC130 (11 Kills)

edit:

Getting annoyed with this game now.. im tired of people making stupid speedy little classes running round with dual sawn off's or tmps or something. And that stupid add extra melee distance thing.

i don't understand why people use that. all it does is alert your enemy that you are extremely close and then the enemy tries to find you. I personally think its a waste of a perk, and that Ninja (esp when you have ninja pro) and Shooting from the hip is handier aswel. Obviously when you level up, then last stand is the way to go but Scrambler is just 1 i think is pointless

Can't be arsed to write it all out but....

I have a general one using the Famas, with stopping power, sleight of hand and last stand. I also use this for my sniper but with the Barrett.

Then I have a Riot Shield one where I use throwing knives. A close range one using the MP5k with scavenger, steady aim and something else.

Then my favourite, a knifing one where I use Marathon, lightweight and commando. It's so deadly! :)

m16 + Stopping Power. = ftw

basically 1 hit can kill anyone, its far too easy with that sexy weapon. The red dot is priceless on the gun aswel

ment to say, i have different classes for different maps and game modes.

like in collect the flag/domination i always have C4 in my arsenal, anytime i spawn i throw my c4 on the flag/bombsite and as soon as i hear the magic line of " WE'RE LOSING A " i simply detonate.

I always have my smoke for planting the bomb aswel, i've lost count the many times i've defused/planted the bomb in the cover of smoke, even when the enemy is right beside me. Smoke on invasion for crossing the bridges is also priceless. Im starting to get a liking for smoke

Tactical Insertion is very handy in these games aswel, nothing more annoying than dying and spawning ages away so i like to pop my insertion and get in amongst it.

for team death match then c4, smoke and insertion is useless so i obv revert back to the semtex, 2 flashes and something else

for big maps i tend to have marathon on, for small maps i usally don't bother

i have like 400 assists and i've played just over a day. I use my flashes all the time, its a pitty not everyone is like myself and flash the shit outta the enemy

Yes.

I agree.

This is a really good idea, haven't unlocked the C4 yet though.

I do this with stun grenades
