Ideas!!

* Right Analog stick Dribble control

I'd like to see the right analog stick used for dribbling moves instead of the pass function it has now.

* More Leagues

Come on Konami! I'm sure you can get the rights to the Greek/ Portuguese/ Cypriot/ Turkish/ Russian etc leagues. They would help the Master League SOOOOO much. Many teams competing in the many rounds of qualification for CL and EL. It would be exciting! No more same 5-6 leagues.. with random rest of Europe teams joining in.

* BETTER CROWD

We need a louder crowd! More intense! Playing in hostile rival fields should make a difference. Loud drums making the controller vibrate. Flares! Smoke! Debris on the field! More banners!! The crowd needs life!! If Greece plays Turkey, it should feel like GREECE PLAYING TURKEY!!

* Better International mode

What happened to qualifying for the World Cup? Or the Euro? And why do all the international cup modes feel so generic? Come on!! They should be exciting! With colorful designs! Passionate player/ crowd animations! These are the national teams!!! Dramatic goals where the players rush into the crowd!! Flares!! aaahhhh!!! .. you get what I'm saying..

* Where's the snow?

How the hell come there's no snow on the field?

* Create a stadium mode

Maybe you can't get all the stadiums in, but what if you would let us create our teams stadium? Everything from size, color, banners, nets, flags etc.

* Better presentation!

Come on.. the pre-game intros can be better.. it's 2010.. You can put full National anthems in international competitions. Maybe show the fans getting crazy. Teams exchanging flags/team photos. Updates on other relevant games going on at the same time (like in CL or EL or World Cup). Maybe show stats from previous meetings between the teams. The commentators can make predictions (England should beat Canada). But if Canada takes the lead, "Oh My! What a goal! Canada is ahead!! I can't believe this!!" You know what I mean? Make it exciting!!

* More variety in unlockable special teams

Like maybe Uruguay from the first world cup. Or Greece Euro 2004. Just some variety is all.

* Master League 2nd division for ALL leagues

It's not fair that the teams in the non-user leagues can finish last and not be relegated! They should all have 2nd divisions! Master league should be EPIC!!

PS.. I really want to see the Greek league.. :)

KONAMI OLE!

Listen konami!!

FANS:

Give the support a bigger part, when scoring a late winner or in a big cup, league match, show one end of the ground erupting, fans cuddling, some shouting, others punching the air, jumping for joy, surging down the stairways. This would give the player a massive buzz.... you get the idea!!:

TROPHIES:

After a long season, it is nice to see a long celebration with the cup and even adding a trophy cabinet in master league mode would feel good and a history of achievements.

FINANCE:

Allowing the board to inject a transfer budget each season would help and some surprises along the way to allow players to dream of capturing the best of the best.

MATCH DAY ATMOSPHERE:

When visiting hostile grounds, make it as real as can be, club songs can be added to each team such as "FOLLOW FOLLOW" for glasgow rangers.

I WOULD FULLY ENCOURAGE KONAMI TO WORK ON THE OFF FIELD IMPROVEMENTS AS THERE IS MORE OPPORTUNITY TO SURPRISE THE PES FANS AND POTENTIALLY VENTURE INTO A GROUND BREAKING AREA WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN NEGLECTED IN FOOTBALL GAMES. THE BEST ABOUT SCORING IS SEEING THE FANS REACTION!!

i agree with all this but.... and its a big but..... i want to be able to make this game my own.....I want to be able to edit everything to its full extent on PS3!!! and i mean everything !!!!!! socks shorts boots balls stadiums, goal nets, fans, managers, the bench. training kits. turf designs, referees, home menu screen backgrounds, adboards, keeper gloves, ability to edit shoulders on shirts etc etc

10- Ability to customize the boots.

9- More layers to put on kits

8- More animations, especially with keepers. I want to see different types of saves or body movements.

7- position specific abilities when creating/editing a player.

6- quick throw ins

5- Far more teams. More teams from Scandinavia, South America, Central America, Asia and Oceania. More national teams as well. Related to this: more leagues.

4- More empty team slots, at least 50 of them. If there is a league we don't have, due to licensing rights or what not, then we should have room to create that league and also create teams for other incomplete leagues.

3- A deeper BAL, with youth national team cups, reserve team games, etc.

2- specific injuries, not just "out for 4 weeks"

1- Bring back to Konami Cup and customized league. Let us create our own league again! This is a must for 2011. There's not point to being able to create teams and not be able to play them in a league. Masters League is fun, but I enjoy creating teams and playing them in their own league. And Konami Cup is fun just to create smaller cups that aren't in the game.

four things need improving-
shooting-at the moment tooo easy meaning you can shoot from anywhere and ot will go on target. they need to make it more sensitive meaning too much power will result in the ball blazing over the net and not go in the goal top corner.

game speed-the fps on the ps3 is terrible, in the middle of the pitch the ball goes slow mo and in the box the ball is ultra fast, also the animation speeds are tooo fast and look unrealistic... and overall the speed needs to be toned down.

Goalkeepers- too dumb and they need to catch the ball more often and not fumble it at every shot.

Animations- drastic overhaul needed as it looks too scripted and the slide tackles look stupid

1: Transfer fees: I'm rather frustrated by an "other leagues" team trying to charge a £43m fee for a player valued at £510k on a 2-yr contract with no appearances. I paid significantly less for a 90-rated, £5m-valued Hamsik in my third season or so. This is happening almost every time I try to buy a player over 20 and/or rated higher than 80. It's annoying when practically every transfer of a decent player approaches the Kaka level.

2: This may just be a glitch, but if I'm negotiating over a player, and offer a longer contract than what is first proposed, I usually bump the salary up a little to make it more enticing. Usually, it works, but whenever a player DOESN'T want the longer contract, the return offer will keep the higher salary I offered without changing the length, and if I counter with the original salary, negotiations will fail! I'm forced into paying more money for nothing!

3: Salary negotiations with one's own players are also pointless and absurd. Goes like this: last year of contract -> player demands full value -> rejects ANYTHING less, regardless of loyalty. The "tips" section talks about how a player will be happy to play on lower salaries if they have high loyalty, but that doesn't matter one bit in practice. I just had a player will a full, flashing heart demand an increase from £495k to £12m. That's an insane raise! Every time renewals come around, I'm basically strong-armed into approving MASSIVE wage increases to hold on to my decent players. While some amount of raise should be expected if they've been playing well, the sort of percentages I'm encountering are unrealistic, as is the fact that I can't genuinely negotiate with the players.

4: On that note, in real life, contracts can be renegotiated or renewed before they expire. Why can't we do that in the game? There have certainly been times when I've wanted to tie down players on shorter contracts for the long haul ASAP. To take it even further, it would be a nice extra for the loyalty and management aspect if players could approach you about their status. Someone might want different terms, such as improved wages or more years, or might even ask you to release them if they're unhappy (in which case, you wouldn't be obligated to pay them as much severance, or could negotiate the payment).

5: AI teams can sign their youth team players on long contracts from the time they're promoted. We can't. Needs to be fixed.

6: "Other Leagues" teams play a maximum of maybe 15 matches if they make to a final. Their players don't get to develop, and loaning players to them is pointless. Sim matches for them like league teams, OR add another league or two for them to play in, OR add second divisions to the other leagues. Between all the "other league" teams, licensed and unlicensed, and fake teams, there should be enough to have lower divisions for the different leagues. Or, perhaps...

7: 3rd division! The standard fake teams in 3rd, some better "other leagues" teams in 2nd, and battling to the top with the ML defaults would be an incredible challenge!

8: Bring back player list organization by individual stat. Used to be able to arranged from highest defense to lowest, etc... Was extremely handy. Need more search options in BaL Scouts, too. Way too few.

9: There is nowhere near enough activity in the free agent pool, and what little does occur is usually bizarre. There are a couple hundred players currently in free agents, some of whom are very good, but the only ones that get picked up are always TERRIBLE and way too old. Seriously, I released a few players with ORs in the 80s, all under 30, and no team has shown any interest in picking them up in three or four seasons! Even mediocre players don't stay free agents long in the real world. Out of the dozen free agents currently in negotiations, exactly zero are under 32, and exactly zero are rated higher than 50. One team is currently negotiating with a 38-yr-old winger rated at 23(!).

10: I have a serious "10" that I can't remember right now, so I'll just suggest a "Mortal Kombat" arcade mode, wherein you start at the bottom of the team rankings ladder and play your way to the top, not in a league format, but taking on literally every single team, one game at a time. Add a point scoring system like in Legends mode, with more difficult skills being worth bonus points or something (player upgrades, "health", maybe add a player to the squad based on point totals, etc...), as well as club and national team game types, and we're golden! :^D

Good thread. For PES2011 I would like to see:

*Improved Graphics
*Better ref decisions (AI team can get away with murder, I brush past a player and it's a FK)
*New commentators
*More teams
*Improved animations
*Improved online
*New penalty system (maybe like the old days of ISS)

Papa

Thank you for reading.
Something I'd quite like is to be able to set an aggregate score for an exhibition match. I like to play Fulham's fixtures on PES before the actual team plays them, and it would make it more realistic. For example, I was just playing Fulham v Juventus and won 3-1. If that happened tomorrow, the game would go to extra time, but on the game I just won. I'd like to put something in saying that Juve were 3-1 up going into the game before the match.

A very minor thing but a nice touch I think.

there many things i would like to see improvement for pes2011..ps3

1) dribble skills - konami should make many type of dribbling skills...like fifa, fifa skills

7) player face - more n more player real faces.......

8) turf - turf can be change in exhibition or master league....

Bring back a better one-two combination.

More teams in international cup.

World Cup qualifier.

Fix the stupid referees not calling blatent fouls comitted from behind in penalty area. That really pisses me off big time.

The game should be even harder.

No doubt this game is really good but there is space for improvements.

Haven't read the entire thread so apologies if this has been mentioned but I'd like to see the kit select option which allows you to change an individual part to either the home or away version. It was implemented in PES 5 (and never again to my knowledge) and allowed you to, for example, use Chelsea's home shirt with their away shorts and socks. Serious kit clashes rarely occur I know but it was a nice feature to use and I can't think of a worthwhile reason why it wasn't brought back.

- Pass thru
- Goalkeepers
- Improve ONLINE system (ie: punish quiters, improve matchmaking, Talk Online, etc.)
- New comments (at least in spanish plz)
- Master League: total freedom to set contracts, buy sell, etc.

On a whole, commentary needs to improve massively, as somebody said earlier, commentators should make predictions, and real time comments, pin pointing players who are not getting into the game, "ronaldinho has been pretty isolated up there in the left!!!" you know what I mean, then take triziano crudelli, look how he celebrates a goal in the commentary room, I mean that is football, we need more excitement in the commentary room.

In become a legend mode:

I want to add some points that I sorely miss in PES become a legend mode, and will like to see in PES 2011:

PRESS REPORTS:
****Player should be given the ability to call or attend a press conference to admire a certain club and flirt with other clubs, like dzeko constantly courting AC Milan as his favourite club, gaining attention from bigger clubs.
****

SCOUT REPORTS:
****Player must have an agent and he should know which all clubs are scouting him in any given match and how did his performance go with the scout. ****

NEGOTIATION PERIOD:
****Certain clauses must be added, as to guarantee a starting spot in team, or guarantee a minimum number of matches a player will start, which should be negotiated in any offer from a club. I was screwed by Napoli, they did not even put me in the starting line up for the entire season except 2 matches. ****
**** Like in master league mode, negotiations can be done during the entire season, same way in become a legend mode, player should be able to negotiate with the clubs during entire season and finalizing a move to any club way before the actual transfer window to ensure his future.
****
I will edit this post and add more points in future. Please consider the opinion.

I actually still enjoy Pes 2010. I think the game is still good and available to be edited quite easilly like if you want the game slower or faster just edit players attributes or playing cards but what pisses me off is the Master League. It takes to long to make a new signing.
I agree with the stadiums that are strange like between to small clubs playing a game in huge stadiums.
They should definetley have more teams to edit and more space for importing your own kits,emblems and chants.
I like the game but being played on a next gen system we should be able to expect alot lot more.
I would like to play online with more teams with real kits too.
